Bellavista is a very beautiful property that has an outdoor seating area, is steps away from the beach, and offers daily cleaning. The property also offers breakfast daily. The front desk is available 24/7 and was always pleasant! The hotel is centrally located in Ostia, which is roughly 15min by car from Rome. There are restaurants and small grocery stores walking distance from the hotel, as well.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, honestly. If I had to choose something, it might be the small shower. Other than that, the property was very well described and met all of my needs!

Nice location. Across the street from a public beach and good restaurant. Full breakfast in a nice dining area included with the room. Hotel staff arranged a shuttle to the airport - good price. Staff person in the afternoon, Fabio, was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me which made the stay very enjoyable.

The air conditioning unit in the room did not work very well.

Close to tram/bus station. Close to some nice areas for eat something on the go. Beach view and the morning breakfast was absolutely perfect. I asked for balcony and they accommodated my request, appreciate that, views were great!

Had an issue with door knob being too noisy when closing but other than that, it was great

The hotel consists of several buildings next to each other. The location is very close to the beach and has lot of open parking. The city center (Ostia) is in a walking distance. Additionally, there is private parking for hotel guests with restricted access. The breakfast served at the main building and provides all you need.

Breakfast was amazing with fresh scrambled eggs, cooked sausages, and a variety of other foods. Much more than the typical hotel breakfast usually offers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility offered roof top jacuzzi with a view of beach, free for all users of the hotel. An added plus! Also, the hotel is directly in front of the free public access beach.

Neighborhood around the hotel is quite trashy and run down. The free parking is street side parking. We were only given one key to the room, even though we are two adults.

We really liked staying here - location is great, right by the water, although the city center is also walking distance from the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and clean, had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Parking is available on the street in front the hotel. Breakfast was great, I felt like the selection was quite diverse. Overall, the price for this stay was excellent, great value for money!

They are so nice, I arrived early in the morning because of the flight and the check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, seeing me staying in the lobby they just prepared a room for me and offered it before 11 PM. I really appreciate that :)

Lovely to have an evening on the beach before flying home. Friendly helpful patient staff when i tiredly kept turning the door handle the wrong way and couldnt get into my room 😅

Didn't realise i had a sea view as I only found the remote to open blinds the next morning. Bathroom is a bit of a rear and elbow obstacle course if youre not Twiggy.

I can’t fault this hotel in any way. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had all the required necessities. Bathroom was cleaned spotless every day. The bed was super comfy. A beautiful beach across the road. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. There was a lovely fresh selection available every morning for breakfast. And the staff were so kind and so helpful. We couldn’t thank them enough for all they did for us.
