We arrived after midnight and reception gave us a very warm welcome, then from the first morning til we left we had a fantastic time, all the staff were amazing the manager Omer was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we were happy with everything, Turan always smiling and approachable at the bar, always going out of his way to make our coffees exactly how we wanted it, Yusuf and Veli very friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed, the cook was so nice and the food was always yummy, will definitely go again and recommend to family and friends.

Happy with everything

It was a really great value for money. We had a family room with side sea view from the balcony. The room was large and very clean, and the shower was great. Large comfortable beds. Good air conditioning (free, included in the price). Friendly staff and quiet guests. We had breakfast included, and it was a buffet style with a reasonable selection (for the price), including eggs, nice selection of cheese, great olives, salad/vegetables, watermelon, as well as continental cereal etc. Instant coffee only (we used a trick of buying Turkish fine grinder coffee from a supermarket and brewing it in a thermal flask to compliment the breakfast). The location is just perfect. 5 minutes walk to the sea, where you can use sunbeams with umbrellas in exchange of buying at least some drinks (not expensive), but there are also areas of the beach with sunbeams and umbrellas which are free (if you find a space). One minute walk to the street with all the shops and restaurants. Some reviews said it was noisy from the streets, but during our stay we did not have that issue, just hearing some distant music from a bar when sitting outside the hotel (but not in our room).

WiFi was working only in one corner of our two-rooms apartment, and was slow. Swimming pool closes at 6pm, but this was not really an issue, with the sea just around the corner.

everything was better than expected especially for the price. staff were friendly and always available. the whole hotel was kept clean and tidy at all times. our room was a great size with a lovely view over the sea and distant mountains. great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes if you dont want to walk further. supermarket 5-10 minute walk for biggest, 4 minutes a bit smaller bit adequate. our room was always clean

kettle and cups supplied but no spoons or tea/coffee

We had a side sea view which was lovely and the balcony was large We had booked a triple room and we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom family room The owners and staff at this hotel are really lovely and kind and efficient This is the 4th time was have stayed her and the location to beach, restaurants and bars is perfect

Breakfast is very basic, however, if you reflect the money you pay and the fact that it is a Turkish continental breakfast then you wont be disappointed

Everything was exceptional, the staff and manager made sure we had the best stay and experience. I couldn’t stop saying thank you for looking after us. The hotel is located in the perfect area between the beach and promenade and Main Street with bars and shops, Migros, shopping mall etc. Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day and looked after everything we needed. Air conditioning was perfect. The pool was big and never overcrowded which was great. Breakfast offered many fresh items, especially my favorite was the watermelon. Every day there was few different things so it was always nice to have breakfast there. Overall amazing experience I would return again. Thank you for looking after us and being such amazing hosts at your hotel :)

Everything was great.

Rooms and bathroom were large and airy, with a balcony view The bathroom was a good size, with a large shower and also had a hairdryer. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bedding and towels were changed regularly. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient at all times. The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk from Marmaris beach. The hotel was quiet during the night without rowdiness. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

Personally, there was nothing to dislike about our stay at Sunway Hotel.

Best location ,clean spacious rooms,nice atmosphere.Beds are big and comfortable,spacious balconies.The staff is friendly and kind,they allow you to take breakfast to your room if you want,and they will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Best value for money I encountered lately.Such a nice place,we are coming back to in October.

The Sunway Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A lovely gentleman welcomed us at the hotel and even entertained our little one while we had breakfast. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a fantastic range of cold meats and fruits. The pool was lovely, and our 2-year-old enjoyed it immensely. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Best of all, since we were driving around Turkey, we appreciated the private parking spot in front of the hotel, which made things very convenient.

Family room was spacious, exceptionally clean and well maintained with friendly and attentive staff.

Reliance on public parking availability. In peak periods don't expect to find parking close to the hotel. Be prepared to park a 5 to 10 min walk away. There is no dedicated hotel parking. Minor issue though - hotel makes up for it.

Fantastic hotel just off of the beach front, the staff were lovely and friendly, spoke with the owner a few days before leaving too and he was lovely, very kind and welcoming. Fantastic wee hotel and the room was absolutely massive

It was really quiet, but that’s to be expected of a hotel like this. Not really an issue to be fair though for me!
