Location was amazing ❤️ straight across from the beach - saw the most beautiful sunsets every evening.... 5 min walk from the bus stop for the airport 👌 10-15 minute walk from old town 👌 Staff were great - the beautiful ladies behind the reception desk always smiling and pleasant.... The guys in the bar were attentive and even brought me sardinia potatoes and Cheese while I was sitting on the veranda one evening ❤️ (delish by the way) ... Room was clean - had everything I needed .... Such great Value for money 👌

The bed was a little hard but I still slept 😂

Thé staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good. Thé room was huge and the balcony superb.

I wish italian hôtels would get into the habit of a kettle in the room! To have been able to have a morning coffee on the balcony would have been the icing on the cake

The location is excellent, right on the seafront with lovely views and just a short walk to Maria Pia beach and the old town. We booked a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was a nice surprise – good quality food, popular with locals, and open late, which was perfect when we arrived late in the evening.

The room felt a little empty at first and the decor is slightly dated. It would be nice to have coffee or tea facilities in the room, which would make mornings more convenient.

The hotel was at the Alghero beach, few minutes walk from the city centre and also from Maria Pia beach. The room was nice and big. It is possible to borrow the sun umbrella but you need to ask for it at the reception. Also the bus stop (to the airport or Mugoni beach) and supermarkets (COOP and CONAD) were very close, just a few meters.

Our room was above the entrance so it was a bit noisy at night and early in the morning and there were no nets on the window so we were bitten by the mosquitos every night (we don't like to sleep with closed windows).

The location is excellent on the beach front with parking space along the road and hotel. Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful at all times. Hotel room was very clean, towels changed daily and room cleaned daily too. Room had a side view of the beach as described when booking. Hotel offers a very good buffet breakfast and also has a pizzeria and restaurant for dinner.

The bed was not really comfortable as the mattress sank in the middle. The overall decor of the hotel needs refurbishment as it looks dated, reminds of late nineties decor. The hotel has a lot of potential with a more modern decor. Otherwise it was ok

Excellent Location. Nice sea front walk to the old town. Beach side. Walking distance to supermarkets and numerous cafes and bars. Really helpful and friendly staff. Fridge in the room was replaced the morning following reporting a fault. Ate in the hotel restaurant a few evenings and it was excellent.

Cannot think of a lot that would improve the hotel. Some reviews mention that the decor is dated but the cleanliness and overall standards of food and service did not make the appearance an issue for me.

I had a pleasure to speak with one reception staff, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get his name. The location was perfect for my needs, around 15 min walk to the centre of Alghero and 30 min walk to Maria Pia beach, also 5 mim walk to the bus stop. The hotel is situated beach front and it was my own choice to visit other beaches. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The room was large, very spacious.

I didn't get a chance to stay at hotel premises and use the pool but it looked a bit small. As i was travelling alone, my room was equipped as for a single person which means I had a single bed. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed with a single bed, although the room itself was pretty big. I travel alone a lot and everywhere I've been to, including lots of places in Italy despite booking a single room, there was always a double bed. Air con was off without the key card in.

Very nice location, friendly staff, and a very good restaurant inside it! We only stayed there one night but it was very nice. Loved that the AC worked. We had an early flight in, and we were able to check into our room a bit early. Was very nice and we were grateful

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but was ok for 1 night! Could feel the springs a little bit..

Location was excellent. Lovely beach directly across the road from the hotel and a 10 minute stroll along a lovely promenade to the old town. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. Very helpful, friendly and relaxed Hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily Would stay there again

Rooms are dated but were spacious and clean and were cleaned daily.

We ate at the restaurant in the hotel twice and the food was really good. Most rooms at this hotel have a balcony but ours did not and we’re disappointed with as we were staying 11 days. However we asked for a change and got it on the 3 rd morning. Staff were very helpful. HotelSoleado is just across the road from the beach and is approximately 1.5km from the Old Town of Alghero. There were loungers around the pool but the number was limited and poolside had to be cleared every evening at 7pm as the restaurant was very popular and tables were set up all round the swimming pool. Rooms were cleaned every day.

I think the balcony area on the 4th floor could be improved upon. Sun loungers and umbrellas could be placed up there as room near the pool was limited. Fridge in the room didn’t really keep things cold. Also Wi-Fi in the rooms was very poor or not working at all.
