The pool was the reason the husband and I decided to take one night away from his contractor job close to the area. We were staying in the KOA campsite but just wanted to take a dip. It did not disappoint. The room was fantastic; quite spacious compared to other cramped rooms (I'm talking to you La Quinta, MyPlace, Baymont etc.) The bed was extremely comfortable and they had our room set with the central AC at 72° before we checked in. I'm not sure if we had neighbors in those rooms next to us but if we did I never heard a thing.

I do wish the pool stayed open a little later. Maybe adult only hours after 9pm.. I know that's hard to do tho. The sheets on our king bed were obviously for a queen and it was kinda comical how I kept trying to get the corners back on and the other would pop right off (but hey it made us giggle each time)

we were placed in a re modeled room, unfortunately we had to move once we got in there, the tv didnt work and we had a CHIEFS game to watch!! the pictures on booking.com shows a hot tub in the pool area, we were dissapointed to learn at check in that there was no hot tub there. one of the main reasons for us booking here..

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was good lots of bacon.

This place advertises that they have a pool and spa. They have taken the spa out. So that was kind of disappointing. We traveled quite far and were looking forward to relaxing in the spa. The pool was freezing.

The room layout was excellent and very user friendly. The breakfast was fresh and very good options. The room was clean, had the amenities we needed and was easy to adjust the temperature, lighting, TV viewing... pretty much everything both about the room and the entire property. Noise was almost none existent!

The pillows were worn and flat. I am accustomed to a firmer pillow and was unable to get that option.

The staff was very respectful, when we had any issues they were willing to get the issue solved in a timely manner. Very clean, very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

When we asked the house keeper to help clean the room she at first refused stating that I would need to wait til tomorrow morning. Thankfully I was able to get another staff member to help solve this issue. We was able to resolve it in less than 5 min.

For the most part, it was clean and decent. The staff was exceptional. We had to change rooms a couple times and the front desk gentleman was so professional and helpful. The breakfast was decent both mornings.

The pool furniture could use some updating. They are falling apart at the seams.

My room which I reserved a week earlier, was given to two men who said they were me. Clerk said they had some sort of verification showing they were me, I kind of doubt that. I did however get a room 30 minutes later.

There was a man that came in for breakfast at 9:45 and made a big scene about how there were no eggs left and was complaining, mind you breakfast was over in 15 minutes, he went to the staff and was VERY rude to them but they All kept there composure ( I was very embarrassed for them) and remained very professional and cooked him more eggs and asked him if there was anything else he wanted- knowing breakfast was supposed to be over long before it would be done cooking- that is class = GREAT JOB!!!!

Room had ants TV and Wi Fi went out on 2nd day of stay and staff said there was nothing they could do until technician physically came to location. We checked out before that occurred

There was a tornado right before we came so no pool Or cable. We didn’t need either. Kudos to the guy at the front desk Trying to explain to ungrateful folk that a tornado came through that week! Keep Up the good work! We were fine!
