We loved the location and proximity to the Hard Rock Casino. We could have the Hard Rock shuttle pick us up and that was a huge bonus to staying in this location. This hotel was very noisy on the weekend we stayed due to a lot of families with young kids in town for a baseball tournament.

The property was clean and appeared to be either updated or new. We really enjoyed the little breakfast area that was not part of the lobby but just around a half wall. It just seems more of an eating experience and not rushed.

I have no issues with the property location.

The room size, the staff and the gym were great!

Bed was a bit too hard, dryer in laundry and washer not working well and we are Vegetarians and they had sausage in the gravy, which we couldn't eat and staff wouldn't warm us plain gravy as other Holiday Inns have done to accommodate our dietary needs.

Location

When taking a shower the entire floor gets covered in water. If people aren’t careful, they could fall from the floor being wet. The water made it across the bathroom to the wall. Had to put towels down to stop the water at the shower itself.

Very nice and clean, in good condition. Everything worked! Breakfast was great with a good selection and variety. Great lighting in the bathroom.

Good breakfast, but was disappointed that you didn’t offer decaf coffee at the breakfast bar. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express and they offered decaf coffee. Was not impressed with an outdoor pool, other Holiday Inn Express had an indoor pool.

breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices and was fresh and warm..shuttle ran to from property to casino which was nice..room very clean and spacious..at a very affordable price

Manager saved my luggage that I had left in the hallway outside my room after an exhausting travel day. Forever thankful to her.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was very clean.

The bed was a little to firm for my personal taste.

Handy for drive into Tulsa and clean. Helpful manager

Location was not good if you want to go for a walk. Beds too hard for me
