Happy with the property but will NEVER use Booking.com again. Customer service was horrible, hung up on me, did not call the property as they said they would. It took me a solid hour to get your employees to fix whatever problem they had, they would not allow me to cancel and pay the property myself, but threatened me will being charged the full amount if I cancelled a reservation YOU WERE UNABLE TO ACTUALLY MAKE AND LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY STANDING IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL FOR AN HOUR! Never again, plus I was advised by the property that I paid WAY more then they charge. I will share my story on social media, letting people know you are ripping them off and not following through on reservations than holding your customers hostage will you fix YOUR ERROR!

The location of the hotel was perfect for where i needed to go and the breakfast was great. There was a good variety of items to choose from.

The hotel was perfect and i didn't see anything i didn't like.

The staff were exceptional and welcoming. The facility was wonderful.

The matress was too soft, but that's personal preference. Other than that nothing to note.

The breakfast was great and fresh. The two ladies working the breakfast was very attentive and kept the area picked up and clean.

The front desk people were super friendly. We had good conversations and they remember led us during the stay. The fitness center was too notch. We had a great time at the hotel!

Great location, beautiful decor and layout

Went to the swimming pool at 8:30am (30 minutes after opening for the day) and there was only one clean towel and several dirty towels. Maybe it was a busy night but would have anticipated the facilities would have been cleaned during night shift while they are closed to customers. Also, the levels of the hot tub were off so we had to get out and the hot tub was closed until noon. This could have been taken care of during the night and would not have had to close the hot tub during operating hours.

Easy check in process and clean room.

Bed very uncomfortable, no vending machines, hot tub was green.
