The location was perfect for our vacation activities. The breakfast was good and time frame met our schedule. Really loved our room location on the first floor with easy access to where our vehicle was parked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our bed and pillows were a little too soft. Did not agree with my back. I had asked for extra pillows but you did not have any available.

Friendly helpful staff. Facility was clean. Breakfast was adequate and well stocked. Staff kept up with refilling food.

The hot water on the 4th floor required close to 5 minutes of running the water to get warm. The cold water did not work in the sink. The room for two people had only 1 chair - but there really wasn't room for a second chair, so if small rooms are a deal killer this one isn't for you. They skimp on towels - strictly two to a room, on the ecology band wagon - unless you go down to the desk and ask for more. The desk was very helpful, just wish they'd realize women who wash their hair need 2 towels each for a shower.

The shower was good and the lighting in bathroom very good

The television kept spinning every few seconds while watching TV made it very bothersom

Great location, good breakfast and quiet. With in walking distance of shopping and restaurants, plus had a shuttle to the casino.

Fluffy go flat pillows and low water pressure.

Staff was great, room was very clean and the breakfast was really good - especially the waffles!

It was difficult to navigate the room temperature

The spaciousness of the room was fantastic. The bed was comfy and the hotel overall was very clean and quiet. The staff was especially helpful!

The breakfast wasn't incredible but was overall decent as far as hotel breakfasts go!

Location, room size, cleanliness, lighting inside and outside felt safe, close to Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, I-Hop, Ross, Walmart, Wendy’s all in walking distance

Anita was very nice in helping us enjoy our 2 night stay in Catoosa. She checked us in with a cheerful attitude and provided us with the necessary info we requested, like a good Mexican restaurant to go.

All was good, no complaints.

Clean, comfortable, new rooms, roomy up to date bathroom and friendly staff. Also excellent location with lots of amenities near by. Nice breakfast included.

Breakfast was ok. I am not a fan of hotel breakfast. The beagal was good,I wish there was more verity other then plain or blueberry.

For as clean as our room was and NO BEDBUGS!! The towels had an odor of unclean. That was our only issue. Maybe add some bleach or something to freshen them up.
