We are not gamblers but I used to love staying at Hard Rock Hotels and I used to work for the cafe in NYC & Orlando. The room was showing some wear, heavy scratches on furniture, chair was a bit worn with minor holes, and the bathroom wall had a few scratches that they tried to paint over but the paint did not match. Other than that it was clean, comfy, and the restaurants had fair prices. The bars had good prices too. We ate at the dinner, I had the parfait and my husband had the club. The fries were awesome! I won’t tell you why, it was a surprise for us! We ate at the Salsa restaurant in the food court, get the nachos with ground beef and queso, you’re welcome. The pool was great! They have an adult pool after 8pm with a hot tub, loved that! The pool was heated too! Bonus! The hot tub could use some attention, the bottom has some heavy wear and the sides could use a good scrub but still acceptable. All in all the room was clean and comfy, the food and drinks were good, and the pool and hot tub were highly enjoyed!

Few minor improvements needed but all in all very happy

We ate breakfast at the Route 66 Diner on the casino floor and it was great. The food was great, large portions, reasonably priced and our server dressed in her 1950's outfit with a coin changer on her hip, was fabulous! We were guests of relatives who took us up to Carvers On 19 for a quite luxurious dinner. Food and service was great along with the views. Although very pricey and wouldn't normally have eaten there.

Our only negative was that there weren't some of our favorite machines on the casino floor like we find in most of the other casinos we visit.

The room was wonderful. Very clean. The bed was super comfortable!

The bar at the adult pool. On Thursday Jun 7 2024 at 3:30 the male bartender refused to let us run a tab. He gave a bogus story that he was getting off duty in 30 minutes and he had to close all tabs out. He said when the next bartender came in we could open one. This was after he had ignored me waiting (I am an old woman) and waited on all the younger people that walked up after us. I waited 45 minutes until the new bartender arrived before I even went back to the bar. The female bartender was nice and quip took our order. When I asked if I could now open a tab she was visibly surprised that he hadn’t let us. They lost out on a lot of money from our group because of him. They need to know that.

Such a unique stay on our Route 66 trip, where we treat ourselves with a stay at Hard Hock Hotel. The reception desk were exceptionally welcoming, we were checked in by Hannah who was extremely lovely and was enthused by our British IDs we handed over, which made the check in experience a bit more personal than an every day check in. The hotel room was exceptional, with free water bottles and chocolate bars, as well as a cookie each at check in. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very spacious and the decor was great, we were situated in the tower building and had a great view on the 14th floor. The bathroom and shower were brilliant, we were sad to leave after only one nights stay! Staying in the casino was unique and interesting, with a lot of options for food. We did have access to the pool but didn’t use this.

Nothing of note.

I liked the amount of food options and the quality of the food. I enjoyed the time I spend at the casino and the pool. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help when an issue came up.

I would have like thicker blankets on the bed as well as a lower bed in the ADA accessible room or a platform/step to assist in getting into the bed. I'm not convinced that bed is truly ADA accessible as advertised. I would have also appreciated more frequent room cleanings.

I like the food and entertainment, the fitness center, the spa and the fact that their are other shops and restaurants within walking distance!

I went to the Warrant/Winger concert here. They opened the gates at 7 and by 7:30 they were out of beer at 2 of the bars before the concert even started. I didn't like the fact that beer and food are in the same line. You need a beer only bar it would make getting drinks that much faster. The organizers did a very poor job at the concession area! Very poor! And the fact that 2 bands only played for 1hr 45min was a let down when you spend that much on tickets and refreshments.

The customer service was outstanding. Loved that the bell people working the front doors knew us and spoke to us each time they saw us. The nachos in the food court restaurant was surprisingly excellent! Loved the large hot tub.

The buffet food was just ok. The smoke and smell in the casino was really bad. I really hope you go smoke free sometime soon! We tried the smoke free area of the casino and preferred the machines in the smokey area. After we left I coughed for 3 days feeling like I had a smokers cough and I don't smoke.

the breakfast diner was very good, staff was amazing.

I was asked two times to put a plastic bracelet on at the pool. It is Tulsa not Vegas, I got into the pool area with the key given to me, so why do I need to wear a band. I am spending money to eat and drink at the pool. My band is sitting by my beer. I did not sneak into the pool. Lighten up on that. Windstar does not ask me to put on a band at Cascades Pool, Vegas does not ask me to wear a band. Look at my room key.

Clean, the hotel check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations

The casino winnings were not great. Payouts at other casinos were more often, which makes the gambling experience fun. Not saying give me a jackpot every time I play, but can I at least win some money? lol

The staff & security were very polite & kind. Any questions we had they answered &/or assisted us. Our room overlooked the pool & that was wonderful! The elevators were good because of the room cards needing to be scanned to access the floors to the rooms. It made us feel safe.

The only thing that was a slight negative was the difficulty navigating the hotel because all of the areas looked very similar & it was easy to get lost. It would be nice if maybe the hotel could be color coded or have a map like in the amusement parks that says u are here & shows how to navigate the hotel & casino areas.
