The breakfast was excellent. There was a blizzard so I got stuck at work. Made a reservation since ot was closest to my job. I was very pleased by how clean the hotel was, how safe I felt being I was alone and the breakfast was excellent! They had waffles, eggs, sausage and coffeewith REAL CREAMER! Made my day. I headed out and the roads were nice and clear.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like others than the view I had was of the roadway but that didn’t bother me much. I was looking for an affordable and safe place to stay, close to my work.

The room was not only clean and comfortable but wonderfully large with not just a bed, desk, fridge, microwave but a couch with a large open area in front of it. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good.

The elevator made some disturbing sounds.

All staff were amazing. Facilities & room very clean. Breakfast dining area spotless. I needed to use the laundry facility, but all of it was out of order. Staff could not tell me if it had been reported or it will be back in use.

Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Front desk checkin came with musical finale. Room was clean, well maintained. Bed was comfy.

Actually the front desk process took a long time even with reservations.

Great location. Close to many popular restaurants. I really enjoy spacious seating in the breakfast area. It's a great way to start my day before we head out while traveling.

Front Desk lady was not polite at all. We checked in around 8pm she needs better customer service.

Clean and comfortable.

Kleenex and toilet paper were like sandpaper and the pillows were hard - like they had folded heavy blankets into a square and put them in the pillowcases. I had to go buy a pillow so I could sleep!

Good front desk experience.

The toilet seat needs to be replaced. It is in bad condition and appears dirty. The toilet paper holder is broken and needs to be replaced.

The staff was amazing - very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. This was a great stay!
