We stayed here a week & the staff was wonderful, quiet rooms, great location & extremely clean! Only thing that was of note was the bed was a little hard and the pillows were a little flat & the shampoo & conditioner was the little 1 oz bottles so we had to buy shampoo, conditioner & soap. It's 20 mins away from just about everything you could possibly want to do in Owasso, Tulsa or BA.

The bed was hard, the shampoo was the 1oz bottle for the two of us to share the whole week, so we had to go to the store and get full bottles.

Staff was helpful. patient & kind. Rooms were clean & beds sooo comfortable. Bathroom nice but no body wash or bar soap. We used the little bottles of shampoo since we didn't pack ours. Breakfast was good-make-yourself waffles-only takes a few minutes in waffle grill, biscuits & gravy,, scrambled eggs, toast, dry cereal selection, juices, coffee, tea, milk, condiments. no hot chocolate this time.. Well stocked. If tables get full, there's a small sitting area you can use too. Remember to call ahead if you will be needing a late check-in, to hold your reservation. They book up fast.

It’s very close to the people i was visiting. I want to single out the manager, Paul. Being from California, I am unfamiliar with ice storms, which happened overnight from Sunday to Monday. Paul was outside helping a guest scrape ice off his car; I walked outside and immediately slid and took a bad fall in the parking lot. Paul rushed to assist me with getting up and escorted me inside, offered me water and went back to the parking lot and retrieved my belongs which slide all over the parking lot. I’m certain i would not have been able to get up on my own, I am 62 and fell hard, don’t know what I would’ve done without his assistance!

There is an underlying odor in the rooms.

Staff was friendly. Location was great and easy to find. Property, lobby and room all was very clean. Bed was so comfortable, and room was quiet. Nice added touch as we were checking in the lady at check in desk called to someone one gave him our room # and he went down hall wasn't sure what he did until we went into room to find he had turned tv and air on for us. Will be staying here again!

Convenient location. Relatively new construction. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Good staff.

The backside of the bathroom door had the vinyl veneer torn off in multiple places. A repair to the wallboard next to the tub was unfinished and not painted. The fabric room chair had a visible dark spot on the arm. The arms on the chair were slightly dingy from dirt. The chiller on the juice machine failed rendering the juices warm and sour. (Note: I notified the front desk and they promptly called someone to fix it). It was a nice pleasant hotel with a great staff that just needed a higher level of cleaning and attention to detail. It seem to suffer from mild inattention. Note: if the hotel would ScotchGuard their fabric chairs stains wouldn’t stick.

The location, the price& the rooms

The bathtub was cleaned with¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ; it was SO slick that my husband fell twice during his shower & then we had to put one of the bath towels in the shower to stand on. Thought about taking a bath, but there was no drain stopper.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet outside my room.

The TV did not have a sleep timer and there was not a traditional coffee maker. The coffee in the lobby was lacking. Also the breakfast was only so-so. The food could have been of better quality

Breakfast was decent, about what I expected. Hotel was very clean. The stay was very good, no loud nosies etc.

I know times are tough and most are doing what they need to get by. It was always hard to get a person to the front desk. They were always nice once they came.

Overall stay was enjoyable. Quiet and comfortable room. Room was clean. We were there three nights, so we requested and received a second chair. Bed was excellent. Only negative was the lack of eggs for breakfast, scrambled or hard boiled.

Air conditioning worked great, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Water pressure was good and good range of water temperature. Away from the heavy traffic/shopping/dining areas of Owasso, but still close to convenience stores and fast food places.

Lighting was a little dim, especially in bathroom. Shower height was a little low even when adjusted to highest level. Overall, for the price, very little to complain about. Did not try breakfast.
