The staff was very kind and available to help. I loved how clean the place was overall and my room. The 24hr coffee bar was great! The location was the BEST! My new home away from home whenever I have to visit OK.

The breakfast was MEH. Being on a special diet didn't allow me the freedom to have a well balanced diet. Too many cold carbs presented and not enough protein meats nor variety of hot options (pancakes/waffles/oatmeal/grits/eggs) and fresh fruit. To have the name HILTON, I was disappointed. The room was nice, however, being that I requested a two bedroom suite, I didn't like that the room with the two beds didn't have any privacy and couldn't enjoy the sitting room to watch TV because it didn't pull out nor turn to be able to watch it. Also, poor selection of channels to watch and one of the remotes didn't work. The king bedroom didn't have a private bathroom and the only bathroom was at the entrance.

We ran into the lobby with two small dogs in the midst of severe thunderstorms and hail. The reception desk clerk was sympathetic, supportive, and accommodating. I really appreciated her upbeat professionalism.

The breakfast was somewhat utilitarian. If you wanted Raisin Bran and a boiled egg, then both were available. But calling the spread "a continental breakfast" was a bit of a stretch. Likewise, the on-site options for dinner/snacks were marginal, which would've been less of an issue if it weren't for the severe weather and fact that we were traveling with our dogs.

Nice, Clean, Friendly Staff... Near restaurants and a Casino if you like to gamble. I would recommend and stay again.

I wish there were more pillows and a few more options for Breakfast especially a better protein option.

the location was perfect right beside the hard rock a dollar general and a quick trip also not even a whole mile away from Walmart a few restaurants and fast food joints. it was on the cheaper side too so I def Dave’s money

the first time I stayed here they only charged me a fifty dollar deposit fee the next time they charged me a 199$ depots if , then they tried to make me feel like I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about also no breakfast

Great price and very fast to TUL airport. I think only 8 minutes. Brand new, very sharp and clean.

Nothing to eat at 5am. But no hotels do that...yet?

Very clean. Smelled good.. Friendly staff. Offered a shuttle to casino. Great hotel! Loved my name on the TV

Pillows weren't very comfortable

The smoking area was right outside the front door and the back doors did not work I'm highly allergic to cigarettes plus there were cigarette butts all over the place

Loved the Location shops casino and FOOD all easy access ......I loved the clean room...Front Desk was very friendly and helpful....

THAT I did not have Hand soap ....any bath soap ....or toiletries .. YES had clean towels and toilet paper that was ALL IF your worried about covid HAND washing is the main thing you DO ....so that made no sense THE nose was horrible....up above my room bam and bang all night ....THE staff in the hall was a little loud heard one say YOU DID NOT change these sheets ...

This is our second time here and when we come through Tulsa we prefer to stay there! Excellent hotel, amenities and staff!

Only the front entrance door works after hours; a small inconvenience to walk around!
