The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Their were several small things wrong with my room. They offered to switch rooms but I arrived after a very long drive and I had already unpacked everything so I dealt with them. The largest item was the security latch was inoperative due to missing a part. The main light was out in the bathroom and the hair dryer holder was broken and barely secure to the wall so the hair dryer wouldn't remain in the holder. In all fairness to the staff, they offered to switch my room on the second day when I brought up the issues but I was only there for one more night so I didn't want the hassle of moving everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I will be back to this location in one week staying for 3-4 days but I will check my room BEFORE unpacking.

Very clean and good breakfast. Location to bowling alley

Heat in the room didn't work and was very noisey. There was an outside light that was strobing. They did offer us another room, but we really didn't need the heat, so we were fine, and the blackout curtains took care of the light

we did not use the breakfast, but w did get coffee there , and it was good. the room was clean and comfortable.

Did not care for the smell of incense that was in the hotel. whether it was a spray scent or burned incense, it was a bit unpleasant. what is wrong with regular air freshener?

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast was a little lacking. I watched someone drop the waffle fork on the floor and just put it back on the counter. There was no one around to ask for a new one.

We liked it all, the quietness of the place the cleanness of the place the nice staff. Very enjoyable to stay there

I guess they only complaint I'd have and it's the same at most hotels the breakfast is not that great. But there are a few things you could eat but some is the standard p powdered eggs and greasy sausage and hard biscuits. But that did not ruin our trip

I liked how clean the whole building was. The breakfast was good. It was very convenient that it was between a gas station and the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The ice machine was down. The snack machine was poorly stocked.

Location, as well as recent improvements. Staff was also wonderful.

The coffee in the breakfast room was coffee in name only!

The front desk man was very nice, the breakfast was great, and they had our bed made by the time we returned in the afternoon which was a nice touch
