The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of a shopping center. Restaurants are close by and the Hard Rock Casino is just a couple of blocks away. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. What I loved is tat they have a locked door operated by your room key card where the handicapped parking is. The elevators are just a brief walk down a short hallway. This is so nice for handicapped people. The room was very clean and roomy and very nicely decorated.

There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room. I didn’t pack one because most hotels provide them. I went to an 80’s party the night before so I HAD to wash all of the hair spray out of my hair. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash weren’t the best quality either. The breakfast was not very good, which is normal for a hotel breakfast, but the coffee was much better than most hotel coffee.

The location was great, right next a Walmart, several places to eat and there was a football game going on when we arrived. The room was comfortable with everything we needed in the room itself.

When we arrived one of the male staff seemed kind of stuck up so to speak, just seemed kind of agitated. We didn't realize there was a 50 dollar room deposit to hold the room, so the price of the room on booking.com was 180 something but when I got to check-in, the price was 230 something, I wish it was put out plainly for us to see, I had to look at the hotels policy to actually find this.

We traveled a lot and slept in lots of different hotels This was an outstanding stay overall for the price.The staff ( reception, room maid and the lady at the breakfast buffet ) were so friendly and attentive. The outside and the interior were so appealingly decorated and clean. The room was big and the bed was comfortable , the kitchenette was equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay with a family. The bathroom had big environment friendly shampoo and lotion bottles. The free hot breakfast was unbelievable good. It is not usual to get fresh fruit and also yummy danish. The price performance ratio is really great. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with exceptional service, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail and hospitality!

My only minor issue was with the limited breakfast options, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise perfect stay. The hotel was fantastic overall, with clean rooms and excellent staff that made the experience delightful. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly. The entire place was clean. Breakfast was great.

The pool heater is broken. The kids all brought their swimsuits but couldn't swim.

The breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices. The location was perfect for my husband to attend a conference close by. The room was spacious and had features most rooms don’t have.

Even though there were many breakfast choices I wish there were more gluten free choices such as a gluten free pastry, pancake, bread etc. My kids enjoyed the pool but it was quite cold to me.

Great hotel. Check In by friendly staff, room clean and comfortable. Great Breakfast. Stayed only one night but defintely would recommend to others and would book again.

This hotel was amazing for the price. The hard rock was sold out and we chose to stay here. I am so glad we did. The king studio was amazing as it had a kitchen, couch and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Front desk guy could be a little nicer.

The location is right on our route of travel. It is very close to a Tesla Supercharger for recharging our EV before continuing our journey the next day. The fact that it is pet friendly is the deciding factor.

Nothing i will highly recommend this hotel to friends.
