Grazie mille per tutti!! I booked for my sister and his partner for a birthday getaway; the host was super nice! I kept in touch with them as my sister is not fluent in Italian. Everything was perfect, from the check in process until the end of the vacation. My sister and his partner had a great time in Rimini. I would recommend the place for everyone.

The only "bad" thing I was told is that my sister would have been happier if the view was the ocean from the room, but it is okay. We did not even indicate that request so does not matter.:)

I really liked the hotel: the sea is across the street, there are rooms with sea views. A good breakfast included. Very clean, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a sea view for free. The reception always helped with all questions, the staff was very helpful. For full board, lunch and dinner are provided at the beautiful fish restaurant on the shore, where you can take whatever you want. It's very tasty, huge portions, the freshest fish and seafood. Also, a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Spark chain store, where inexpensive alcohol (there is even bottled sparkling wine), groceries. The hotel itself is located on a busy shopping street with many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. 2 minutes from the hotel there is a trolleybus that takes you to the center and the train station (2 stops) and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel! And a good price. I was on vacation with my child in September 2024. We were given a room with a large double bed and a single bed.

I really loved the place. Great pool, amazing but too sweet breakfast, the best coffee machine I've ever used and smart AC which is not to strong and you can still use it during night or whole day without catching cold. The staff was very helpful, I asked them about pen, spoon and wine opener - they never said no to me, while my friends staying in other hotel in Rimini had problem. The price was perfect. You are there for summer holidays not for staying in room so the room itself and roomservice was 10/10 for me.

The breakfast was too sweet. I would like to see next time more salty food but I fully understand it's italian style of breakfast.

Newly renovated, if in need of a last minute good value for money, this is the place. The best thing about it are the staff. Both receptionists who were there while we were staying are fab, helped us and got us everything we needed, they really tried their best to make our stay more comfortable.

We stayed in on of the apartments of this hotel and what lacks is the kitchen equipment. If you want to prepare a more serious meal, it won't be possible.

We had kind of flat, fully reconstructed so everything was new-furniture, pots and pan available in the kitchen corner. Great for small cooking. Cooker, plates, glasses, mokka available. Detergent, broom,cloth for cleaning floor. Most of the things still packed from the shop. One bedroom with air con, living room with enlargeable couch was missing it. Great location with shops and restaurants around, beach across the street. We had two balconies. One had table and chairs. Stroller could be parked at the reception. They have also pool which is great. Personnel was kind and helpful. Towels provided.

More hangers in the wardrobe would be nice and definitely add hanger on the balcony to dry clothes. Building is without lift but top 3rd floor is manageable:) Parking is not comfortable and easy but understand place can't be enlarged :) Price for breakfast and dinner doesn't match the quality. If we knew, we would have never paid in advance for it. Not sure still if we paid for kids up to 3 years. Sunbeds at the pool need to be replaced. When you lie down on it you touch the ground almost. We had to clean the "flat" ourselves and ask for bed linens earliest 3 days of use to change it ourselves. They made a mistake and made our bed in the bedroom once 😂 realized it and no making bed in the living room. It was weird. Anyway for price paid for accomodation would like this service ;)

Breakfast buffet was varied and adequate. Option to eat ouside was great for us but there is indoor seating for those who prefer that. The pool was clean and easy to get to with good seating around it. The beach is accross the street and as with most of Rimini you have to purchase chairs on thebeach, but the water is free to enjoy and you can walk along the beach for miles. The hotel is close to the Metromare bas/train and is only 9 minutes to the town if you wish to go there. Very nice friendly staff.

Ask for a room away from the reception. Ours was near the main entrance and the kitchens and so there was noise when we were trying to sleep. It did not bother us but there is no lift but those that care about this should be aware.

Parking onsite, AC powerful enough to cool the room fast, Breakfast was amazing.

We arrived late at night and the person at the reception did not speak Englsih at all. Does not make sense to have a receptionist not speaking English on a tourist place like Rimini. Lastly, when we arrived, the person at the reception gave us the wrong room which was being used by another customer...

Good value for money. Pool was nice and clean. Location was good. Very friendly staff.

The room had strage smell when we arrived. The staff was helpful and did something to remove most of the smell. There was no cleaning during our 4 night stay.

The location was really good (you can have view to the sea), the staff was really helpful and nice, the room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!! A decision that has an amazing report quality-price! Recommend it

Even though the location was good (near the sea), it was a bit far from the city center or train station (30-40 min walk). The good news is that it is well connected via public transportation, therefore it's not a big issue.

There is only one coffee machine. Which at peak times at breakfast resulted in long queues at times. Another coffee machine would assist.
