We felt very welcome at the property and the owner and the staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We have selected small rooms but they still had personal touch and were clean and well maintained. The garden was amazing. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the train station and has a private parking, while still being very close to the city center.

Everything was perfect!

We were greeted by Natalie at reception and she was so polite and helpful in guiding us to the sights we wanted to see. The room was very nice with a small balcony over looking the garden. Perfect location to the beach and lots of restaurants. Parking out front at a reasonable price. The breakfast was quite good. The owner Christophe is a wonderful host, asking how your stay is going, and offering suggestions to sights and good restaurants. Very helpful staff. Also liked the resident cat Claudia.

The only thing that would have made it better is a small fridge the room.

The location was good, quite close to the main touristy area, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating, especially Natalie who was a sweetheart!

The room we got, while adequate, felt a bit small considering what we paid for it, and it also was smaller than it looked in the pictures.

Very nice receptionist, owner always around and very friendly, we had few nice conversations with him. They are pet friendly, which was very important for us, and we didn’t disappoint. They were very patient with our dog. Parking is good, location is very good. The room was according to the price. Clean.

A delightful, historical building, beautifully styled with iconic movie stars & just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist hub. There was direct access to the town & beach straight down from the property. There was also an abundance of restaurants. The room had a nice outlook onto the garden, was bright, spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was light & a good size. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Christophe was the perfect host & we enjoyed chatting each day. The breakfast was delicious & enjoyed under the breeze of the trees in the garden. Claudia the cat was welcomed us each morning.

The property was on a busy road but there were lights to cross down into town. The was no traffic noise at night. There was no air conditioning in the bathroom but it was a perfect place to dry washing.

We had an amazing stay & enjoyed every moment. Our room was absolutely beautiful, loved the large windows, big bathroom & very cosy bed. The host is more than welcoming, suggesting great places to eat & visit. Loved the parking option; the breakfast was great! Thank you Christophe & congrats for the beautifully designed villa!

The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful yet central, perfect for exploring Cannes. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere of the villa is charming and welcoming. What really stood out was the host’s attention to detail and genuine care. You feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive.

Friendly people. Pretty building. Great breakfast. Handly location for the centre. Only 10 minute walk from the train station. Charming garden withoutside seating - very cool in hotter weather I should think. I booked a single use of one of the half-basement rooms, which was comfortable.

My room was comfortable. It was a bit tight on space and clothes hanging space. There was a light sound/drone of something somewhere. Bit disturbing though it didn't disturb my sleep, and I'm a light sleeper. The owner - who is very nice - wondered if it is a new boiler. Maybe they could check it out and tweak something - I didn't mention it until late in my stay. But don't be put off. ITs a charming place, with lots to recommend it.

Beautiful and cozy villa. Very nice and friendly staff. Great owner who is very caring and happy to help and advise. The villa is in the center of Cannes. Excellent access to the city, the beach, the train station. The room with the balcony was beautiful and large.

For Cannes, a very reasonably priced hotel in an excellent location, centrally located just a block away from the pedestrian zone and train station. The room was clean and well sized, mattresses and pillow comfortable, staff were extremely nice and breakfast on the patio was delightful.

Not a thing. Would stay here again.
