We chose the suite with terrace and jacuzzi. We wanted a terrace because my wife likes the sun but I don't. The terrace was perfect because it was partly shaded so we could both sit there and have what we wanted. In addition to the jacuzzi, the terrace is equipped with two loungers, and table and chairs. The location is fantastic - everything on your doorstep.

Anything we didn't like was minor: There wasn't a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom for storing things. There's a fridge in the room - it would have been nice to have some complimentary water in there. Being able to store luggage at the nearby reception was great, but a shame they charged for the locker.

We stayed in Flat 3B, with windows overlooking the Calle Nueva. Brilliant location, very quiet and very central. Bright, airy flat, spotlessly clean. Kitchen is fully functional though didn’t seem to have any pots or pans. Ideal for 4 persons, a bit tight but ok for 6. The flat was cleaned once during our stay, which we didn’t expect.

The mattress on the double bed is very soft, the shower door is practically useless. The bathroom as a whole could do with a bit of a renovation.

These apartments are gorgeous, we stayed in a two bed, it’s right in the city centre, easy to get to and get around from, you are literally in the city as soon as you walk out the door. Great communication from the hosts and he even gave us a map with amazing recommendations on for us to visit, which we did! Lovely and clean, comfy beds, soundproof windows so you can’t hear noise outside.

Could have done with a few more homely things such as toilet roll, tea towel, washing tablets.

Spotlessly clean. The apartment is situated just in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian zone. Everything in the apartment was chosen with such good taste. The possibility of leaving your luggage after the checkout was very much appreciated. The receptionist was well organised for that.

The kitchen is well equipped. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. However, at least a few tea bags and coffees would make a huge difference in feeling more welcome. When you arrive after a trip, not knowing the city, it would be nice having that little "something" waiting for you to refresh. Other than this, everything else was perfect.

Staff at the front desk were very attentive of our needs and made sure we had everything we needed to check into the apartment, we don't normally stay this centrally as it can be noisy and busy, but the soundproofing was excellent.

The shower door leaked a little, and with 4 people in the apartment the floor needed to be dried regularly, after showers. This was a small thing, the shower and bathroom was spotless and very comfortable.

A location in the Old Town, everything is easily accessible within a few minutes on foot. The apartment is comfortably and stylishly furnished, and nothing was lacking inside. Very friendly staff at the reception.

There is no cozy Old Town view from the windows, as they face directly onto the wall of another building. The bed was uncomfortable — it felt like we were sleeping in a dip.

A few suggestions for improvements : overall, the apartment is well equipped but it's the details that make the amenities not fully functional, e.g. there are no towel hangers in the bathroom, there's a coffee maker but at least a few coffee capsules would be nice, no dishcloth or paper towels in the kitchen, bedside socket wasn' working, damaged tea kettle cable caused short circuit. Also, personally I'm not a fan of artificial flowers.

Location excellent in the heart of the old town. Also, very quiet. Smart TV convenient and good wifi.

It would be easier to find the reception with a google map link which would give guests turn by turn directions. The shower door in our appartment did not close properly and seal at the foot of the shower door was broken needing replacement.

The facilities at the 'Attic Apartment' were amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had a large fridge, freezer, and an outdoor jacuzzi bath (for two people only!). The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooftop was perfect for soaking up the sun until 7 pm. The shower was spacious and had strong water pressure. The location couldn't have been more central. It was an incredible experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

located a short walk from the metro, the port and in the heart of the city, so very easy to get around. our studio was a good size, nicely furnished and with a sunny terrace. it felt light and airy with windows all round (we kept them open and curtains closed during the day so no need for aircon even in 30 degrees). washing up liquid was provided, and the washing machine (but no powder offered) was very useful. there is an iron and table top board too, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and juicer, good under counter fridge. the shower was very good, plenty of hot water. the studio is in the attic, so one flight of stairs up from the lift.

the bed was too soft for us, and the pillows too high and hard. I slept without one after waking with a sore neck. the only clothes storage space is a narrow cupboard in the kitchen units (lots of hangers provided). it wasn’t tall enough to hang my dresses, so I used two hooks near the bed. A chest of drawers would have been useful, and a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. when we tried the jacuzzi, it was clear the pipes hadn’t been cleaned/used for a long time as the bath was filled with smelly slime. The management addressed this straight away and we were able to use it again later that day.
