The rooms are beautiful and, perched on the cliff top overlooking the ocean, they provide a visual and audible experience, unlike anywhere else. The staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a very good experience had here.

Smoking. Why are people allowed to smoke where others are eating and relaxing? If it's thought they have the right to smoke, then others also have the right NOT to smoke. This policy needs to change.

Staff were excellent - special note to Ari (Arriana Grande😊) who provided such a lovely attentive service for dinner. There were some elements where the occasional “in training” was evident - but nothing to distract from great attentive service. Breakfast if excellent, but maybe less carb and more fresh fruit and good granola etc. Dinner was excellent. Rooms are cool. Rooms and grounds always immaculately clean

Being advised immediately on check in that as a paying guest, we still had to pay for loungers by the pool. This should not be an additional cost for paying guests - and I appreciate there is no charge before 12.00.

It was absolutely stunning, the staff were amazing! The view is unbeatable, so worth the price.

The bed was a little on the hard side but still a good sleep.

Everything about our experience was incredible. From the lovely man who picked us up from the yellow bridge, all the way to the security, gardeners, and multiple other beautiful staff members who were always so kind. The views are breathtaking, to be honest photos don’t do it justice - I am so glad we booked this stay! The staff at the restaurant are phenomenal, and the service was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, we loved all of the food and juices, and the coffee was great. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we truly cannot wait to come back. Ps - you cannot beat the sunset by the pool. It is breath taking! Really want to emphasise how kind the staff were, they truly made the experience even better.

The staff were incredible; easily the most wonderful staff at any hotel I have ever visited. They were so thoughtful and attentive.. I've never experienced anything like it! 😍 The small details; the free snacks and sodas daily, beautiful bathroom products, sunscreen and after sun gel, linens, beach bag, the free shuttle. This place provides so many little extras that most places charge for. The accommodation is very well thought out and makes your stay very special The room; although it was a bit rough being rainy season, the rooms/tents are beautiful and comfortable. The bed was comfy, linens perfect. The layout of the room made it very enjoyable The food; impeccable food and absolutely stunning given the fact you're on a tiny island - though I would have liked to have seem some local dishes on the menu

Really very little 'wrong' - more a few areas to consider The general facilities; the pool is too small and right in front of the restaurant- so to swim you're basically a public performer 🤣. Similarly, there are not enough places to relax in the hotel outside of the few lounges in the restaurant (that is open to public). If you're here in rainy season there are few places to hide from the rain The tents; these held up well given we had a lot of wind and rain, but probably need an outer protective layer to prevent the rain and wind letting small amounts of water in. Overall though they were lovely, just a few early teething issues.

Everything. Just perfect! The location, the staff, the rooms. Cannot fault the execution and how well they’ve designed the tents. I wouldn’t even call it tents to be honest. The views from each room are stunning and the small things really make a difference like sunscreen, after sun cream, free mini bar snacks & drinks. Just perfect.

The food. We had both breakfast & dinner there. Dinner was okay just. Breakfast tho - I was shocked. Even something as simple as toast was somehow below standard. Cold coffee. The best place to eat in thst area is Klyf Club. I think Arna could take some tips from there on how to make good food.

The location is incredible. Beautiful interior and the Ocean view suite was great. Loved hearing the crashing of the waves at night. The pool area was gorgeous, drinks great, sunset amazing. We stayed two nights. Did a private snorkling tour where we saw sea turtles and a lot of beautiful fish.

The food standard should be better at a place like this. In a place like Indonesia, the flavours should be incredible, here it was bland at best. A lot of fried food, wagu beef pasta that was too sweet in sauce, overcooked pasta with 3 dry pieces of meat. The only food that was good was the fish taco, the rest needs to be looked at in terms of flavour and how its cooked.

Arna was brilliant - so nice to have a couple of nights in the quiet. The tents themselves are 10/10. So comfortable and stunning. Definitely worth paying extra to get the lagoon view. It's amazing. Staff were great -particularly Ahmed and Nea. The pool and restaurant was such a fun/delicious way to end the day watching the sunset.

The shuttle bus did not arrive at the Yellow Bridge as advertised when we were checking in, which was frustrating. The breakfast is SO delicious, and the staff are great, but the food is incredibly slow as they allow people to order as much as they want.

The staffs is very friendly and helpful. They spoke very fluent English. They would do their best to help. There are lots restaurant for best food. Mahana point for surfing and sunset view ( 5min walk ).

- no place for chilling The only place is the infinity pool, which when you sit there you have to order food from restaurant. I suggest offered a place for hotel guests to chill and relax. - mosquitoes They provided mosquitoes repellent but there's still few there,make sure the door is closed all the time - no light at swing place
