I liked that it met many needs - relaxation, evening entertainment, spa, all-inclusive meals, the crepe restaurant that was open throughout the day.

I didn't like having to pay for the spa pool. I was really counting on being able to relax in the spa pool without children. This is not written on Booking. Another thing is that the room was far from the activities and pools and required us to walk a lot in the heat throughout the day. Another thing is that there is not enough shade at the pools. We all got burned even though we had applied sunscreen.

We had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Rodos Village and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff welcomed us and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and was cleaned everyday. It was located near the pool area but a transportation service was offered from and to the reception any time by the staff. The hotel offers an array of fantastic amenities. There are 3 pools located in different parts of the hotel, childrens' s waterslides, a playground, an indoor playroom, spa and several bars and restaurants offering different options for everyone. The main pool is a perfect place to unwind, with plenty of loungers and many activities going on during the day. The dining experience was exceptional. The main restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We visited the other restaurants as well and my son (age 6) loved the crepes by the main pool. We didn't have to wait long time to find available table as the staff worked hard to serve the food as fast as possible and to clean the tables for the next guests, always smiling. There are many bars located in different parts so never met a queue. The bar staff always attentive and after a few times they remember your favourite drinks. The overall service in the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We didn't use the spa services but we plan to visit it the next time. The location of the hotel is nice with easy access to the beach (4 mins) and there is a bus stop right outside if you want to use public transportation to visit other places on the island. The overall experience was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting.

The hotel was amazing, everything from the pools to the gardens and all the facilities looks great, and makes your stay as premium as it should be. The family suite location around the pool is great and makes a lot of sense, the kids loved it!

the family suite have only one bath and toilets, for family of 5 it was little intense. Also, the hotel area is really big, and there are lot of walking.. If you wish to wait for the pickup electric car, you can.. but it may take some time, especially when the hotel is fully booked.

Unfortunately we had to evacuate the hotel after only one night in the emergency evacuation due to the fires, but the single night we stayed had a great time. It is also worth noting the treatment of the hotel after the fire incident was over, Mary, the reservations manager, made sure we were quickly awarded the refund we were due, we received excellent service around the whole compensation issue. Andreas, the reception manager, also made sure to send us the suitcase, we look forward to receiving it. Many thanks to all the hotel staff and the dear people of Rhodes who faced a very difficult situation, we are eagerly waiting to return to visit Rhodes.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

ONE SITUATION with canceled late check-out service on a day of departure, done by rude and unprofessional receptionist, together with her suggestion for family of four people to move to shower room only for 30 minutes before departure from hotel. ONE SITUATION at the bar of the main pool (chlorinated pool), near the hotel lobby and main entrance of the hotel, the bartender served drinks in dirty, uncleaned glasses at night. I hope it was a mistake due to the long day and darkness, but it was an unpleasant experience. Apart from these two above cases, during our two-week stay, everything in the hotel was perfect.

The pools, the open bars everywhere and the unique restaurants were so nice and fun.

The first room we got wasn’t so clean and it was not the room we booked. The bed sheets are a bit small so they pulled of the mattress a lot and the bed is actually 2 single beds so there was always a gap. And the exchange of towels was not good, one day we needed to call the reception because they didn’t came at all and one day because the didn’t gave us big towels.

The room was really nice well the one we had very big with separate doors for the kids we really like it. I just wish they had a bit of pride to clean it properly The fridge was filed up nicely all the time.

the cleaning was hit and miss they never clean behind or under the beds which its mad and sadly no one inspected the rooms after the cleaners so the cleaners don't clean them properly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mitsis Rodos Village Hotel, as the hotel was very smart and comfortable. We especially loved the beach area with its lounges, archery, volleyball, bar and fresh pizza oven. The staff worked extremely hard and were excellent. The quality and variety of the food was also very good. If I was to criticise anything, it would be the reliance on QR codes to access bar menus, rather than have a menu at the bar areas, as my phone doesn't have a QR code reader app so I had to ask my daughter to use hers. Also, a map of the extensive hotel grounds and quick guide to the all inclusive hotel facilities would have been helpful, as we took a day exploring the hotel complex before we worked out everything that was available.

As we were all-inclusive, it would also have been nice to be allowed to take a couple of baklavas from the restaurant at the end of dinner to enjoy in the bar areas or on our balcony later in the evening.

Everything, especially the amazing room I was upgraded to with a private swimming pool. The service was also great and gave a responsto every questionI had. At the front desk the receptionist Adela was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much Adela:)
