The room was up 3 flights of steep stairs without a lift which was no problem for me but may be a problem for others. The location is perfect on the central square, the double shower is excellent. The room is large with a small balcony with lovely mountain view. The room is very quiet and the air-conditioning very effective. The bed is a little bit soft but comfortable. I was allowed to check in an hour early. Note that if you're in the auxiliary building and want to check out early you need to tell reception the day before to arrange a key drop.

Fabulous apartment, with the most amazing views over the town and mountains. Location could not have been more perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful, check in and check out went very smoothly. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was amazing. I am still thinking about the French Toast. Would recommend to anyone staying in Soller for a couple of nights.

The stairs to our apartment (located across the street from the main hotel building) were extremely steep. Obviously these are old buildings and the views from the apartment are amazing, but something to consider if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The rooms are traditional and very comfortable although perhaps a little dated. We highly enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend it to others.

You can’t find better situated than this! You are literally right on the main square, and can watch the trolley from your window. While breakfast is not included, there is a wonderful restaurant downstairs where I had my favorite breakfast while in Mallorca. There are so many little details about this place that make it be memorable stay. We are already planning a return trip.

Lots of stairs with your bags- while you can reserve parking, it is offsite. Neither of these things get distracted from our stay we will return

Amazing location right in the main square, we had a room at the back overlooking the mountains so there was no noise from the square. Amazing staff that couldn't do more to help. We ate breakfast twice, and it was brilliant. We came back after trying other places. The rooms are a little dated, but added to the charm of the beautiful hotel. Air Con was amazing, cooled the room down so quickly. Would highly recommend, wouldn't stay anywhere else if we visit Soller again.

The fridge isn't cold enough to keep anything cold. We asked at reception as assumed it wasn't working and told it was intentionally like this to keep the noise down. But it did mean the room was often colder.

Incredible location in the centre of Sóller overlooking the main square - the windows are excellent quality and you don’t hear the hustle and bustle (our room was at the front above a restaurant). You couldn’t be better placed for the tram down to Port De Soller or the taxi rank. Close to lively restaurants and shops. The staff are extremely helpful and warm - provided a cot for our baby and helped with luggage and storing the pram in reception for ease. Highly recommend.

The hotel is quaint and doesn’t have a lift, but this is part of the charm.

The staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, always social and talkative no matter how busy they were. The location is perfect, overlooking the town square and yet the room was really well insulated, so you heard nothing with the window closed. They also have a restaurant, which served excellent breakfasts and the dinners were some of the best things we ate in our entire trip.

We would need to be very picky, because it was an excellent stay for a very good price. We didn’t dislike anything.

The Location is fantastic, especially with a room over looking the "Sant Bartomeu Church" with shops and bars right on your doorstep The Hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, Soller town has so much to offer and is also very small so great for getting the know the place quickly - the Beach is a 20 mins tram ride which is 100% worth it (9 euros p/p so very cheap) We also visited Palma via the same tram which took 1hr and was (20 euros p/p) again well worth the money

Nothing at all.

The hotel is cosy and it’s interior outstanding. Comfortable room and soundproof window created the atmosphere of privacy in the most busy area of Soller. I was enchanted by the beautiful view to the cathedral. The service was kind and welcoming. We got some great recommendations of the restaurants to dine in. If I had a chance to be back to Soller, I’d definitely stay in this hotel again.

I cannot complain about anything.

Fabulous traditional hotel in the heart of beautiful Soller. Lovely comfortable and sizeable room, very clean. Aircon in room was well needed in July. Staff very helpful, particularly when my purse was stolen, lending me money for taxi back to hotel. Room at back of hotel, very peaceful with lovely views of the mountains.

I wasn't allocated the studio room I booked which had a terrace/balcony which I wanted specifically.. However I loved the room I did get, which cost less, and was still able to take in the views sitting next to the large window. On reflection as a single traveller it probably was wiser for me to be in main building anyway.
