It was a good location and clean.

When I checked out, they kept my $100 deposit saying they had refunded it already. I called my bank and they said there was no authorization of a refund. So I am disputing charges. Gary/Mike the manager asked me “what do you want me to do about it?”. It is very frustrating when I’m having to use my time to get my money back.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk clerk noticed that I was walking with a pronounced limp and changed my rooms, so I had a shower that I could walk in and not have to stand in a tub. Yes, it's a small thing, but it meant a lot. It was greatly appreciated.

The manager Gary was excellent! He was accommodating, helpful and always had a smile for us. We got caught in an ice storm and we were able to get a room. It was well equipped, clean and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful We needed two rooms and were able to get them close to each other. Breakfast was wonderful and everyone had something they enjoyed eating. The place smelled good and pleasant when you walked in. It was a great end of our trip

It is a good hotel to stay at that is where I stay at when I come to HollySpring Mississippi. The price is good some time

That everytime I book a room n get there I'm always put in a smaller room or something is different about my booking there is never bacon for breakfast

Pool and quiet family friendly

Need smoke rooms for smokers I’m not a smoker you shouldn’t have to go outside to smoke because kids at pool with asthma should’ve to smell smoke from smokers because thy smoke right by the pool
