This hotel was the BEST "last" night of vacation for us on the way home from the beach! It was so clean, the breakfast actually tasted fresh, with so many grab and go options, plus pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, grits, oatmeal, toast, bagels etc.. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I cannot stress enough how clean the whole place was! The rooms, bathrooms, lobby! There was a pool table for the kids to play in the evening, ample parking, great coffee and a wonderful Mexican restaurant and a Waffle House, a coffee bar right next store! The lobby offered plenty of room for my husband and I to bring a few drinks down and let the teenagers chill in the room as we all relaxed from the drive to Oxford. Lovely place!

The room was a little tight, but worked for our night on the road. If we were staying for multiple nights, getting ready could have been a bit of a challenge, but definitely not impossible! Hopefully we will be back if one of our kids picks Ole Miss! And no pool, the teens would have liked one, but we didn't care at all!

The room was very comfortable. The check in and out was quick and professional.

Have maintenance check the door to 406 as it sticks hard making it difficult to open without having to forcibly shove hard against the door to get it open or securely closed. This could lead to a fire safety hazard if a guest could not easily egress from the room in the event of an emergency situation. No need for a guest to have to slam the room door late at night just to make sure it’s secured. I fortunately was able to enter and leave the room but an elderly guest or one with a disability may have a problem or suffer an unnecessary injury .

The property was new and updated. The air worked great! Was right night door to a great Mexican restaurant we could just walk to with amazing food!

The bed was a little firm so if you like soft then it might be a little uncomfortable. The pillows are the squishy kind so they go flat. But if you have your own pillow you’re traveling with you’re great!

Perfect location only a few miles from Ole Miss campus. Front desk staff was welcoming. The property is very nice and well maintained. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The gym was clean and well equipped. The property looks exactly like the pictures online. Overall experience was great! They also have an option to check-in and obtain your digital key through the app. I didn't utilize this because I saw the email after I checked in. Nice option though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge are in the lobby was very nice. It had lots of seating, areas to work, outlets and the pool table was great. I liked that it had some of the little things you might have forgotten available to purchase. The breakfast was just enough- eggs, meat, cereals and a great waffle/pancake bar with lots of toppings. The amenities were clean and easily accessible. The room was clean and had all we needed. The soaps and shampoos smelled fantastic!! Location was very convenient - close to downtown, but away from all the congestion. Places to eat within walking distance and even the movie theater/bowling alley next door.

I know there was a microwave in the lobby, but maybe one on each floor would be helpful?

I had requested a room on the ground floor a month ahead of time due to bad back bilateral hips knee problems and COPD. They put me up on 4th floor and the end of the hallway. I have an ESA dog that requires taken out to potty so very difficult for me to walk from end of hallway to elevator and then outside due to my health issues. Was very unhappy.

The location was great and everything was so very clean. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast bar was the nicest ever and the lady who ran it was delightful; she truly loved what she does and it showed in her welcoming way of serving her guests!

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine.

The room had a sterile feeling….didn’t like the light system. One bedside table lamp that was inadequate. There was plumbing noises all night that sounded like a tapping with a hammer. The shades were hard to raise up and down.

Front desk staff was super helpful. LOVED the pool table and games. Our room door stuck horribly (we reported it) and the mechanism that prevented the door from slamming did NOT work. As for the beds, the platform area was full of dead skin cells and hair (I understand that area is difficult to clean but, the platform itself is the issue.

Oops....see above. Also, breakfast until 9am should be extended to 10.

Breakfast was excellent!

I thought it was close to the interstate we were traveling on but it wasn’t. It was about 40 minutes off. But it turned out ok. It was a very nice hotel. We had been driving 10 hours already and were very tired.
