It was acceptable housekeeper was complaining cause i asked for extra towels an pillow so I reported it to her manage.no vistor she be questions about smthg that ask for its a hotel .if i 1 or 4 nights when i ask for extra towels as well as a pillow it shouldnt be a issue an whenever I come i bring more guest to the hotel as well. MY MAJOR ISSUES ARE RESPECT... AS I TOLD THE MANAGER IF THE WORKERS DNT WANNA DO THERE THEY NEED TO BE AT HOME ..

AS I TOLD HOUSKEEPET MANAGER WJEN I WIPE DOWN MY ROOM WITH CLEANER THE TOWEL SHOULDNT BE BLACK AT ALL JUS DUSTY I EVEN HAD TO WIPE MY UNIT FOR AIR DOWN DUE TO ME BEING IN REMISSION.FOR CANCER YES I WANT A CLEAN AN COMFORTABLE ROOM THATS WHAT I PAY FOR.IF I STILL WORKED FOR SAFETY DEPARTMENT I WOULD HAVE LEFT AN WROTE IT UP WITH THE VIOLATION I OBSERVED .. ALL ROOMS SHOULD BE CLEANED DAILY WHETHER THE ROOMS ARE BEING USED OR NOT TOWELS SHOULD BE BLEACHED WITH VINGEAR TO BETTER ELIMINATE GERMS WALLS SHOULD BE WIPED DOWN EVERY WEEK NO RESIDUE FROM A PRIOR SHOULD BE VISIBLE .BY NO MEANS NECESSARY

Convenience to school.

There were no stairs and I have a bad knee. The rooms and hallways smelt like weed. It was strong even coming in the vents in the room. And we did have a no smoking room. 🤢 The floors were dirty. I wish I had of had a broom. There’s no carpet and it’s just nasty to walk around with pieces of food on the floor.

Great location to the university and the square. even with it being a holiday weekend, the hotel was mostly unoccupied. We decided to extend our trip by one day due to the weather, and the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast could have used some help, but there was hardly anyone staying so it's understandable.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and helpful. She had a great energy about herself and was super helpful with everything i needed. the pool looked great!! the rooms were incredibly clean and stocked

I wouldve given them a perfect score in everything until the next morning. I was up late doing computer work and one of the reasons i picked this hotel is it says there's a noon check out time. By the time it was 10:45 am housekeeping had banded on my door 3 times and once even let herself in while i was in bed and i was answering her through the door, this harrassment to leave started at 9am and never stopped. It really ruined my otherwise perfect stay.

Everything was nice room was in tact i appercaite the gratitude an comfort of my room. Only thing that kinda caught my attention was when using new towels that were purchased deep clean them in vingear hot water n baking soda to eliminate the new smell off the towels cause a person could mistaken them not to be clean

Everything seems like when u get a suite the service is alot better u dnt really have to deal with the energy of negative ppl

The only thing i didnt like was the broken chair in the room being propped as if it was stable thats unsafe an very uncomfortable for a person to sit in an fall

The room was large. It was clean (although the carpet was old and stained). There were two side chairs, not just one. The location is close to the Ole Miss campus, away from the interstate/major highway, but there were several shopping areas nearby. The beds were comfortable. The shower allowed water pressure and temperature to be controlled independently. Internet service was above average.

The ice machine was a difficult-to-use design. The a/c was an older, noisier style.

Quiet area, staff is very nice and respectful, and its close enough that everything is in walking distance

Checking was so quick and easy. Front desk clerk was great...

A couple of things. If check out is at 11, housecleaning doesn't need to be knocking on the door at 8:15. Also the vending machine needs to be updated for Debit card use by the vendor

Room was spacious. Bed a little comfortable. Anything I needed the front desk worker was able to get or help with.

Pool needs to be cleaned. A little outdated. Worker had me just standing there when I needed to check in, but no attitude.
