Our stay was good except for the pet fee - which is not posted on Booking.com! When I looked a pet friendly hotel - this very nice property popped up. It took pets, which we had to have. The comments under “what customers say about this hotel” included mentions of pet fees being up to $25/night and $50/week. Fine no problem-we expect to pay a fee. When I arrive to check in, I reminded the clerk we had a pet and she asked if we were aware of the pet fee? I said, yes, I was aware there was a fee but was unsure of the amount. She said it’s $75 - I about fell over. That is highway robbery. I told her I saw comments including fees that were no where near that amount on Booking.com. She said they had nothings but problems with that site…not my problem! She also said it wasn’t their property - which it was - yes they were older comments but come on…She did not offer to reduce the price at all and since I had already paid online, I felt I had no choice but to pay the fee. Needless to say - we will NEVER book there again and I will boycott all Hilton properties in the future. It’s a shame the hotel itself was nice - loved the amenities and everything else about it.

I love the hotel morning staff before check in I called to verify everything I hate to forget her name however she was a wonderful person I loved that I could have my keys on my phone the breakfast was also good as well

So upon my arrival after verifying with the morning staff that my reservations was good and ready to go the night staff very older lady not sure what was rubbing her the wrong way however she was very rude she claimed she did not have a reservation and did not seemed to want to help I had to pull the reservation on my phone to prove my point then after I got all that check-in process squared I called down for the wifi she acted she did not know the password and seemed to not care to much and told me to have a good night so my night experience here was not to pleasant

It was very clean and they were very nice!

Their breakfast was more of a modern breakfast than we like. No biscuits and gravy or real sausage and bacon. It was chicken sausage and turkey bacon and the waffles was multigrain. Just not what we expected.

Clean. Great location. Room was roomy and comfortable.

Property was great. Guy that checked us in was lacking. Told us we were on the 4 th floor and gave us keys in the little packet. Got to 4 th floor, opened the packet with our keys and he didn’t write our room number. We had to go back down and ask for our room number. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed here for Ole Miss move-in as the rates in Oxford were crazy high. Found the location ideal, with just a short drive to Oxford and a Walmart and Lowes within three minutes of the property. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.

It's a bit off the beaten path so dining options are limited. Also, the parking lot lights shined directly into our room (think the Seinfeld Kenny Rogers Roasters episode)

Breakfast was good, lot of choices. Space did not allow for an all inclusive breakfast; grits, cold cereal, orange juice, fruit, etc.

No curtains on windows just shades. Lights from parking lot kept the room illuminated all night.

Very nice, spacious room and overall space. Very quiet and heard no noise from the hall.

I called the desk and asked for more towels but never received any. When I was going out to dinner I stopped by the receptionist and asked that some be placed in my room. Never got any.

The atmosphere it was nice, the front desk workers was amazing 👏

My refrigerator wasn't clean and at breakfast the juice machine wasn't working well all of the juice tasted watered down...but other than thanks its my favorite so far

Bathroom doors are a terrible design. Barn style that slide on a track. Nearly broke my finger using it and they are not very private. What’s wrong with a good old fashioned hinged door????
