Room was immaculate, beds very comfortable.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. I waited nearly 8 mn when another guest wandered up to the reception area. He said the manager was with another guest in their room and he went to get her. When she finally showed up, she was obviously irritated that she had to deal with us. Not pleasant at all. Also TV controls did not work. When I tried to find the manager, I finally located her outside, again she seemed annoyed. She came by and fiddled awhile and then said some of these tvs don't work. When we checked out, again no one at front desk. Somebody yelled from another room asking what we needed. I said checking out, she said what room? Again no thank you for choosing our hotel, very unprofessional customer service.

The rooms were very suitable and clean. The carpet in the room was a little worn, and the toilet in the bathroom needed to be juggled when flushed. Breakfast was superior and top-notch. All the female staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the only male staff I incountered while wasn't so pleasant to deal with. They were very welcoming to my emotional support animal, who is still in training. Thank you. Quality Inn in Batesville, MS.

I love the lady named Latonya she went above and beyond to take care of us! She was so pleasant she really out did her self! I wish she could be promoted because she is awesome! Can you tell her the lady that stayed this weekend in room 201 said she is the best by far!!!!

If my money was released in a timely manner! I was told it would be refunded back to my card upon checkout here it is Sunday night and there is still a hold on it

I like staying in hotels as much as anyone. Especially when they have 3 things. 1. Clean room 2.bug free 3. Pet friendly That being said that last one is a plus for me because I happen to own a 100lb rottweiler who is as spoiled as she is terrifying. She loved the hotel, she loved the staff and she was super excited to stay in this hotel. It was comfortable, it was clean and it was worth money spent to stay.

The prices are a bit steep compared to other hotels. No microwave in our room.

Several signs management is not trackiing the facility. The lights failed to turn on when entering the room. One lamp was set in the corner. Poor volume in the shower. And no fresh fruit at breakfast.

Everything was exactly what we expected for an older hotel.

Price, not worth that much money, priced $100 over what it actually should be. I am going to be staying in Batesville a lot this winter but I'll find somewhere else.

the breakfast had a wide range of food( scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy, oatmeal, yogurt) as well as decaf coffee ( not all hotels offer that).

Our room had a whirlpool bathtub in the room, but the plumbing didn’t work. However, the regular tub/shower was in good working order.

The accommodation is amazing, clean and functional. With lots of amenities.

Despite the air conditioning it was a bit hot and humid.

My room was very clean…. no bed bugs… no damaged equipment (TV, Microwave, Fridge)

Carpet need to be replace it gave the room a Smokey odor …
