Layout of the room, overall property had a pleasant atmosphere

We arrived on motorcycles some of our gear was wet, we needed it to dry. We were pleased to find plenty of places to hang our clothes, but the air conditioning did not have any dehumidification. So everything was just as wet in the morning as it was when we arrived at 4pm. Also, we understand that cleaning staff have a limited amount of time to turn over a room. But I would suggest that the rooms need a period fine tooth comb cleaning, and most importantly, have the housekeeper sit on the toilet and just look around the room, there are areas that just need a little extra attention.

When we arrived at 10:00 pm on 06/20/25 the desk clerk already had a line but was very efficient and had every one checked in in no time at all. When I was checking in I did ask if my room was on a ground floor. He very kindly explained that the room I requested was on the second floor. When I mentioned I had 2 toddlers asleep and had to be carried in he tried to find me a room close to the elevator. Unfortunately there was not one available. It was very kind of him to try to accommodate me. The whole staff was amazing.

Pennye, Dana, & April and their staff. It was an enjoy to meet them and have welcoming conversation. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in the door. This was my first time staying in Mississippi and it was comforting to meet friendly, warm, and laughable people.

Breakfast could be more accommodating to diet sensitive people. Ex. gluten free, vegan, sugar free, etc. I understand that can be hard because most hotels provide for the majority, but can something be offered for the older active generation?

The front desk staff was great. The room was great.

Housekeeping wasn't friendly and didn't clean when we asked them, too. We didn't get replaced towels when they took the dirty ones. We had to ask for kleenex but never got replaced. There was the smell of Marijuana almost every day we were there.

The breakfast was good however it was the same kind of breakfast everyday I was there.

Upon checking in the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating however I could hear a young woman from Housekeeping yelling profanity to another housekeeper. They were joking with each other, however I still feel that type of behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL when guest can hear them from down the hall. There were a couple of other small issues but they were taking care of immediately...Thanks to the desk clerk. I checked in around 3pm Sunday May 21st and stayed for 3 nights. Thanks, L. Myles

The breakfast was ok, good variety of options, but some were a little bland. Well stocked. Nice amenities, indoor pool, gym, and business office. Good size dinning area and socializing area in the lobby. Electric car chargers are available. Conveniently located just off the Interstate. Surrounded by dining options and local shopping.

Nothing, really. Room seemed a little smaller than other places I've stayed. Bathroom was much larger tho.

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

The first room we were placed in the tvs didn’t work so we got moved. The second room the TVs worked but had lines down them and the room was handicap accessible, which was fine, but the shower head holder was broken and impossible to hold the shower head up in any direction.

Breakfast was great. They went out of the way to have nice stuff like a toppings bar for yogurt. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and boiled eggs. They had other stuff there but didn't really look as I was packing car. Internet speed is around 10mb. Also the layout of room was really thought out. Could stay there a week plus easily with family.

Office chair is not made to hold a larger guy. (280lb)

The hotel was very nice rooms were great

When we went down for breakfast they didn't have any biscuits or gravy, they may have been in the process of refilling them but our tight schedule prevented us to stay around for breakfast.

Everything was nice and the staff was very nice. The lady that work the front desk, she was extremely nice, I didn’t have my money on a card and she still took my cash when she could have refused it
