Mr. Mario Nolan and his staff on 4-4 thru 4-6-25 were amazing in every way possible that one can imagine. The hospitality, the rooms/space, the cleanliness, the smiles and friendliness from all were truly unmatched. I feel like I found me a new best hotel. Mr. Nolan went above and beyond for my family and I this weekend while we were a super large group coming together to celebrate our Sorority (Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.) gaining 2 new members into our organization. A time was had by all and nothing but great things were mentioned about this place and the staff.

Property was very nice and quiet with a very calm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was very clean from parking lot to lobby. Check-in was very quick and Nicki at the front desk was amazing, friendly and went out of her way to insure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was very clean and had anything I could have needed. Anything not available, just a phone call or text away. Breakfast was very good especially the waffles.

No complaints about the property at all. Was impressed with my stay.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful - front desk and cleaning crew. The location is great! 5 minute car ride to Ole Miss campus and located in the same parking lot as First Watch which has great breakfast and lunch options as well as Core Fitness - a fantastic Pilates studio that also sells Lululemon, MZ Wallace, Free People, Spiritual Gangster, etc.

The rooms definitely show a little wear and tear (as expected) since they first opened. They should consider new couches (multiple stains in both rooms). Showers with mildew stains (definitely not a deal breaker and expected in rooms that get quite a bit of use).

The staff was very accommodating and it was very clean.

I wish it was a little closer to my event. But you can’t please everyone. And I made the reservation in my name but my husband actually completed the checkin and payed for the room. And they would not allow him to add the points to his IHG rewards account because I reserved the room. A little disappointing.

So so breakfast. About what Iexpected but hoped for more. Coffee was great. No pastries.

Bathroom is cramped. Toilet right in front of sink doesn’t leave any room. Bathroom sliding door is clunky and Lou’d Selection of TV channels was not up to my expection

I just always love having a balcony,but I understand some places just don’t so I have nothing that I didn’t like about the property!!

Rooms were huge, breakfast was good, lobby was nice and gym had everything I needed.

I requested a room refresh the 2nd day (we needed towels and toilet paper and trash taken out). It wasn’t done and when I returned and asked they said it was too late to do it

Everything inside the hotel was nice including Staff😀 Breakfast could have been a little nicer.

Hard to find because the entrance/ signage was not visible. Even food delivery had a hard time finding.

The location was convenient and quiet. There is plenty of parking and places to eat within walking distance. The staff was friendly.

Wish they could sell their amazing pillows!

Location to Ole Miss was excellent. But out of the way enough to not be stuck in college traffic. The room was big and comfy.
