Great location near the Square. Excellent mattress. Fun theme concept. Very friendly staff. Parking on the property was available without reservation because not a football or event weekend. Great restaurants nearby so didn't have a chance to eat in the hotel restaurant.

Ate breakfast in the little coffee/snacks area in the lobby. The girls behind the counter were the only unfriendly people working there.

Very nice hotel. Loved the fresh flowers and beautiful and comfy lobby. The bed was very comfy and sheets were nice. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect - right by all the great shops and restaurants!

A vent in the bathroom would be nice. Complimentary breakfast would be nice. The cafe was good but overpriced. I did not like the woke sign on the front door - all are welcome - all races, religions, sexual orientations etc. I would certainly hope so or you would be a terrible hotel! Just inappropriate. Let your great service and accommodations speak for itself! Stupid signs like that are completely uncalled for.

Cafe was too pricey for breakfast per se; just got coffee

Room request that we were told was “no problem” was not in the computer; had to go back down to the desk and ask to change rooms. Also, provided a card at the desk to cover the stay that was different from the one used to make the reservation. Despite entering the info in the computer, this request was ignored, and when we called back, the process to remedy the situation was too cumbersome to bother with. The front desk staff needs to get with the program, or the computer software needs to be improved!!!’

Cute and cozy with character and a phenomenal staff

Couldn’t use apps like Netflix to watch my usuals. Not a deal breaker but most hotels have upgraded televisions to allow streaming services so you can pick up where you left off just like if you were home. That’s my only suggestion. Not a complaint just a suggestion because I will definitely stay at the Graduate again

Location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a fun place! The rooms are quiet and cool.

Our room was very damp. The rug on the floor felt slightly wet to the touch. After being there two nights, our unpacked clothes felt damp. Also, there was visible mold on the walls in the shower and our bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

Vey Close to downtown! Plenty of free parking. Roof top bar. Large lobby. Coffee shop on bottom floor.

Coffee shop built into hotel has a patio. When coffee shop closes mid-day, they lock the doors to get back into the hotel from their location. Thus you can’t get back into the hotel directly, you must exit patio and walk around building to get back inside. A room key card device should be installed here. First world problem! ;)

Great location close the all the fun Oxford Town Square businesses! Parking is close at the hotel and check in staff are wonderful! The decor is super cute making it a fun hotel! Two free cans of water in fridge - nice touch! There's instant coffee and heat up kettle in the room. Restaurant closes at 10 pm and no vending machine, so plan accordingly.

Wifi can be better.

A gentleman named Chuck in maintenance, I believe, kindly provided me with a ride to the car repair shop. Otherwise I would’ve been without a car for the weekend. The staff are all friendly and capable, and the breakfast area. Excellent. I like the sense of openness and tolerance that prevails at this hotel

Breakfast was purchased at a coffee bar on the premises. No bonuses to stay. Nice hotel, but really just average—nothing outstanding. No extra perks.

Noticed coffee in lobby before going to fitness center, but it was put away when I returned. Ice had to be gotten from front desk person who always had a long line waiting since it was graduation weekend. Could have used an extra person. Also kind of strange to have so many people loitering in lobby—students studying (were they guests at hotel?).

Location to the square was great and the view was fantastic. We booked the room that had a patio which was wonderful. Patio provided 2 couches, table and chairs as well as nice outdoor TV. Tons of room to entertain, enjoy a drink ect

Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was food located behind the door of bathroom but overall I would certainly return but the key is to book this room. Although we only stayed one night in order to received a tour for perspective incoming freshman this room offers the king and pull out sofa bed but what sells it is the patio. It also has the option to book room adjacent should you have more in your party.
