The location was great. It was about 25 minutes to the University which is why we were there. The staff was so helpful and kind the entire time we were there. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and parking was convenient.

The only issue was that our keys didn't work sometimes. That was a slight annoyance, but the helpful staff took care of us right away.

Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, I Loved my Suite and the lady that chkd My Family out was Wonderful!!!! 🤗

The Man that chkd me in lied about Check in payment, he told me I could pay cash upon chk out and the hotel charge would immediately be reversed BK to my credit card and he seemed to Not know how to handle the chk in process and my card was charged when I booked but l was supposed to pay at the property as stated on Booking. Com

Front desk person Shawnna was personable and took her time assisting me with my checkin. She explained to me all the amenities that were offered. The location was great. The room was very spacious and clean. Kudos to the staff there

Everything met my standard.

Everyone was very friendly, the room was nice and the restaurant was very good.

The hotel was under construction, so the common areas had a strong smell of paint and drywall.

I selected an upgraded room. Pool view and spa tub….I received neither. Also, the carpet was wet due to the ac leaking. The staff was fantastic, however I was very dissatisfied with being charged for something that the hotel does not offer.

The front desk personnel were so sweet and so professional. Everything was so clean and beautiful. I love that there was a place to get a drink after our long day of driving. The restaurant had delicious food and the bar staff was so nice. We will be coming back. 

The room was comfortable, the bathroom fully accessible for a person in a wheelchair. Bed was comfortable.

No complimentary breakfast and no complimentary water.

Location and staff

The beds were not that comfortable and were not queen size. They were full size. We thought that breakfast would be complimentary like most Holiday Inn’s are, but there was a cost and I didn’t see anybody eating in there

The property is well kept and clean, it’s very conveniently located for travel and the restaurant served some really tasty food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property itself, but high performance cars were racing up and down the main road in front of the motel until after midnight making it hard to get good quality sleep.
