MY room DIDN'T have a REMOTE for the TV. I only discovered this after I changed for bed. NO tissues in the bathroom. NO cups for the bathroom. Is this a thing now... that you have to use a coffee cup for your bathroom? SMH. I'd give it a better ranking but these two things cause a stumbling in the rating. You really gotta want ot get here to get here!

Our stay here was good, and the location is convenient. Kaia (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) greeted us and was friendly, helpful, and professional. The morning coffee and breakfast were good, and our beds were comfy.

There was a slight cleaning issue (food left in the microwave). We reported it, and apologies were made. I understand that sometimes cleaning staff overlook something, but… The only other observation I’ll make is that the price point for this sort of property seemed a bit high, but I do understand that Oxford lodging prices are a bit high in general.

Location, close to ballpark, clean, free hot breakfast, staff is very friendly.

Rooms were kinda small. Elevator door sensor needs to be fixed. I was waiting for a worker with her cart to walk out and while walking in, the door shut on my arm and put a big bruise on my forearm and elbow which is dangerous for small children. It didn’t register that I was walking into the elevator.

The breakfast was better than I expected. I thought it was going to just be cereal, yogurt, or other packaged items, but there was warm food. I thought the Western omelette was not going to taste good as I usually don't like the taste of those, but it was good along with the bacon. The oatmeal needs more sugar. I enjoyed the waffles as well and the fact that there was strawberry waffle batter. The location was great as it is in the middle of Jackson Ave meaning it was close to a variety of restaurants and other convenient places. I walked to places I wanted to go. The room was clean and spacious, and I felt limited worry about touching anything (slightly a germaphobe so I like to go over and clean myself). The bed was great, very comfortable. Didn't want to wake up! Very lenient with check-out as I was a little later than 12:00pm. Checkin and checkout with ease and have a space outside to smoke and walk your pets.

I wish they would have brought my items I needed (toothpaste) to my room and not make me walk down to get them. I also wish they offered bathrobes.

Easy check-in, friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the make your own waffles!

Vending machines do not take cards - cash/coins only. The in-room coffee pot needs an upgrade to include better quality coffee supplies. The kitchenette needs a designated trash can.

breakfast was just ok. the location was great because close to ball fields shopping and restaurants. We can't say enough good things about your people. They were helpful and very kind and helpful. Felt like we were really well taking care of. This was our first time in OXFORD MISSISSIPPI and we enjoyed our stay.

unfortunately, there is mold in the bathroom and carpet was sticky.?

The breakfast was great; I especially liked that snacks were available if you wanted them. The room was clean, and the temperature in the room was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay!

Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, great location, pleasant check-in, comfortable bed. very little noise inside and out.

I wish the TV had online streaming so I can watch internet programs I like.

Our shower did not drain, the water stood in the shower. My husband pulled the drain out and there was a huge hairball attached to the drain plug. We told the front desk at checkout. It made the tub slipper and hard to stand in even after it was removed.
