Staff were great & helpful. Loved the swimming pool & fire pit outside. Room was well designed & decor was lovely. The location was handy to other restaurants & The Oxford Square close for stores & shopping.

They were short staffed. Cook wasn’t available 2 nights in restaurant, but the Bartenders did their best to accommodate me with limited food options. Still tasted delicious. For breakfast one server was very busy with a baseball team & their families. She needed another helper, but did her best & very polite.

Breakfast was fairly good. What was the most enjoyable about meals served at this location was the staff. Very accommodating and friendly to guests.

The housekeeping for the rooms was almost nonexistent. Our stay was for three nights and did not but see but one housekeeper in the hall during the time. We had 2 towels in the bath when we checked in. We almost had to beg for extra ones.

The room was great. We had full breakfast with our stay which was great. The coffee is Starbucks so that was GREAT.

The price of the bar was a little wild. I paid $11 for wine.

Was an easy walk to the town square and Ole Miss. Housekeeping did a fantastic job Lots of parking

Could be more options for b/fast Expensive but not a lot of options in Oxford

They were able to put about 10 families together on a last minute trip

I think they needed a few more food options for families with kids

Overall appearance of facility was amazing.

Starbucks was not open nor was the Bistro but it could have been a day where it was supposed to be closed

I didn’t like that I was charged twice one the night I checked in and then again once I checked out and it’s taking forever to get my money back!

Was Super Nice, great location, and great price.

Super expensive Starbucks downstairs. Which is to be expected. Fruit and water was $20.

The location is great to take advantage of all Ole Miss has to offer. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s getting a bit dated. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced due to staining. My shower there was a gap in the tile where the handle was. Kinda strange, damp mold smell in the room. It’s just time for an update.

The location is great for campus visits.

The pipes popped and was annoying very early in the morning. The morning staff was not friendly at checkout although staff in Starbucks were pleasant.
