The staff, price, cleanliness of room, breakfast and the sweet lady monitoring the breakfast area. She was a lot of help and kept everything clean. She needs a raise. We don’t see decent human beings like her anymore, especially in food or hospitality industry. It seems everyone is extremely rude since Covid. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful associate. She made me smile! 😊

The only thing I would change is the curtains in the room. At least room 207. The street light was shining in the room, making it hard to sleep. We had to stand on the bed and put a blanket over the window because the curtains don’t close. There are sheers, but can see right through them.

Everything was clean! Breakfast was great — a little bit of everything. Mattress was a little firm to me but that’s just personal preference. The receptionists were friendly!

The only thing I’d say is there weren’t bedbug covers on the mattresses. Coming from a pest control field that always makes me feel much better about a place when they have them. But, I didn’t see any evidence of them so there’s that!

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was plenty of choices. I had a bagel with cream cheese, bacon, and orage juice. I am very appreciative to the manager and staff. I booked the room through an outside travel site and they did not book my room for two nights. The staff called me the next day and took care of me booking the room for another night without having to move my things to another room.

There was a small crack in the tile floor with a hair bead in it. I feel like the cleaning staff should have seen it and removed it before the next person check in to the room. Besides that everthing met my expectations.

We had a king suite which was very nice with the extra room to move around. It was fairly close to ole miss where we went to visit our granddaughter

The room itself was fine but it was cold especially in the nonheated bathroom which was freezing. Had to leave the door wide open to get some heat into it. Also the hot water wasn't really very hot it was just hot. But it was a cold snap outside

quick and easy check in and check out. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable.

It only had a half of a shower door glued to the floor on the same end as the shower head. You have to get inside the shower to cut the water on and when you cut the shower on some of the water goes out onto the bathroom floor because there isn’t a door on that end to reflect it back into the shower floor. Not a big issue but could cause issues for the hotel if that water starts leaking to the floor below it.

Breakfast was fine with many choices to pick from as well as coffee and juice selections. Checkout time at 12:00 was wonderful although we did leave about 11:00.

The elevator was terribly slow and you had to wait with your bags for it to come to take you to your room.

In the bathroom there was mold on the caulking used around the tub and there was a place on the wall by the tub that had been repaired but was not done well, looked botched. The caulking was also not applied correctly and did not look professionally done.

Everyone was so kind .

Breakfast was till 9 and it was hard getting down to dining area by 9. People were in line to eat and she pulled the garbage can over and started dumping food without allowing people to get food. Wasteful!

I loved the property. But the front desk staff was hard to locate. We stood there for a good while waiting, o had to go look for someone to help. But besides that the property was great.

would have been a nice room. breakfast was decent. bed was comfortable

not very clean. room had a big nice whirlpool tub but couldn’t use it. room was 57 degrees. turned heat all the way up and the room never got warm. kept blowing out cold air. took a shower in the bathroom. wasn’t the cleanest and though it was in a separate room, it was still chilly. temp outside was only upper 40s. lights were very dim and I have bad eyes.
