This is a lovely restored building in the historical district of Holly Springs. Rooms and facilities are like staying in your great-grandmother's house but with wifi. The staff was friendly and worked extra-hard to accommodate an unexpectedly large number of guests.

The noise -- bring earplugs! This is an older home, built when noise was not an issue. Try to avoid rooms that overlook Randolph Street, a surprisingly busy road for such a small town, with an astonishing number of bad mufflers. (Granted, we were there on a Friday night in springtime, and the local hoons must have been out in force.)

We liked everything. We stayed at The Wynne House Inn a week ago on our way to South Carolina and enjoyed it so much we stayed there again on our back home. The home is beautiful and full of character; it's spotlessly clean; the furniture is comfortable; the bed in the White Room is heaven; the breakfast, delicious; and our hostess, Rachel, a true Southern delight! We plan to talk our immediate family into joining us there this coming summer on a trip to one of the family hometowns nearby. Book directly through the owners, Stephen and Suzette, and it's less expensive than a booking agency.

The only thing that proved a challenge for us was the staircase. It's gorgeous, but we're in our 70s and our knees aren't what they used to be! We joked with Rachel that the owners should install one of those automatic chairs that go up and down the staircase! That's alright, though . . . If our knees won't get us up to the second floor, we'll be perfectly happy staying in the guest bedroom on the first floor or in the cottage next door!

The house is decorated with impeccable taste; everything looks perfect where it is. The breakfast was at a large table with other guests and it was lovely and freshly prepared. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was perfect, the house had a cozy feel and the outdoor area was a great place to relax outside if the weather is good. There is a small gated parking area, which was comforting.

The Wynne House was an absolutely beautiful updated historic home built in 1872. While the bathrooms have been updated (but still with a period feel), the home has been restored with period furnishings and decor. The home was spotless and oh, so comfortable. Owner Suzette was so accommodating, and Rachel, who prepared a lovely and delicious breakfast for us, was a true southern gem. We enjoyed visiting with her so much that we left later than we had planned.

Although we were the only guests for the shared bath (rooms 2 & 3) Booking.com needs to make that very clear on their platform. Also for older guests the bathtub/shower combo is challenging. At the least there should be a longer cord for shower attachment, as well as, a wall holder for it.

This property was perfectly located halfway between Memphis and Oxford. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the rate was perfect. We were able to travel quickly and safely between cities for our travel needs.

It was a beautiful house and there was nothing lacking!

We loved everything about the property itself. The house keeper (didn’t get her name) was wonderful. Very nice and friendly. And she served us a delicious breakfast.

Due to a recent storm the television and internet was not working. That was not a major issue, but was unexpected.

Breakfast was stuffed French toast and absolutely amazing. The staff was so pleasant. The rooms were clean, linen was fresh. Kitchen was well stocked.

Loved everything about our stay! We have traveled quite a bit. This reminded me of our stays at a bed and breakfast in South Africa!

It was a gorgeous 150 year old home-charming. furnishings, service…just wonderful. we were served a delicious breakfast on beautiful China in a bay window. best French toast (stuffed!) I’ve ever had in my life!
