Twin Room Booked. Fantastic hotel great location. All staff were friendly, helpful, approachable & professional. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bedroom was very comfortable, nice size room in a quiet location on the ground floor, lovely terrace overlooking the back garden. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower & excellent complimentary toiletry products. Gardens & grounds were very cared for. Great size out door pool with plenty of sun beds. Plenty of car parking found locally on the roads. Excellent WIFI, very good air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Used the pool bar for lunch was excellent. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast room closes at 10.30am on a Sunday. After that the cafe / bar opens at 10.30 am for those who don't make in time for breakfast. unfortunately the cafe bar is manned by only one waitress between 10.30 and 11.10 am. on a Sunday morning most people staying at the hotel don't make it in time for the buffet breakfast and they opt for the express breakfast at the cafe / bar. Unfortunately the waitress could not cope with so many people and I had to wait a very long time to be served, especially when they are many clients jumping in front of me. I pointed this out to the waitress who was a bit stressed and she argued that no one had jumped in front of me. I suggest that the breakfast buffet is open till later especially on Sundays.

Lovely hotel, big reception area, very bright and welcoming. Lovely car park, plenty of spaces on for us having a larger car it was great that it was above ground and we didn’t have to negotiate very narrow winding slopes to underground level. Very welcoming staff and quick check in. Even though we followed in a coach group we were checked in quickly. Room very nice, would possibly say a bit on the small side but more than adequate for our needs. Really nice decor in the hotel and the room doors were great a;ONG with an electronics button to use for do not disturb or make up the room. Very good location , about a 20-30 minute walk into the centre where you can walk around and visit all the sights. Staff were great in letting us purchase a lunch buffet which was going on as there was a large group and the food was great as was breakfast. A great selection of everything you could want along with very friendly staff.

Excellent location - walking distance into town. Lovely grounds and pool. Our room had a terrace looking out onto gardens and was very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a tapas bar, a restaurant and a bar which is both indoor and outdoor, overlooking the gardens and pool. Had an excellent omelette and chips for about 6-7 euros, freshly cooked. Very good buffet breakfast with huge choice and eggs cooked to order. All areas felt spacious, clean and bright. Good parking which is reduced to 9 Euros at reception for residents. Highly recommended.

We found this hotel amazing, location was good, although out of town it is a nice 20 min walk into the centre of town. Hotel had everything we needed, all the staff we encountered were so helpful and always smiling. Onsite parking for a small fee. The room was more than comfortable, beds and pillows comfortable. The lobby bar was lovely, nice atmosphere and value for money for drinks. We didn't eat in the lobby bar so can't comment on the food although we had the most amazing meal in the restaurant La Vermuteria that has opened recently. The food we had was so good, definitely recommend the smoked sardines and mash!

The only negative is the TV channels in the room, the only channels in English was news channels. There was French, German and obviously Spanish but no English.

The hotel was recommended by friends who stayed a couple of years ago. I have to say I'm pleased we followed their recommendations as it lived up to everything they said. It was ideally situated for a visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent accommodation with extremely helpful staff.

It seems to be the norm to charge guests a parking fee, that said, we had previously stayed at the Parador in Salamanca and a hotel in Seville that offered free parking.

Pool was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to bus stops for town centre and not far from centre. Good bar and dining areas. Balcony with drying rack. Nice to try out different vermouth and sherries. Aircon and lifts.

Room a little small but acceptable. Some hotel areas closed off when precedence given to corporate events. Beds a little soft but acceptable.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we were allocated a recently refurbished room on the ground floor. I was astounded to find that our room had no USB ports at all. We were therefore unable to charge our phones, watches or laptop. We ended up sitting in our car on the hotel car park and running the engine for almost an hour to put some charge onto our iPhones. This the only problem we faced during a truly special stay.

the pool was great big enough to do lengths and deep enough to cool off. When got to the pool there was enough beds and we were given towels. The was a nice vibe around the pool with people chatting and enjoying the sun.

the only fault i have was with the coffee at breakfast not the best from a machine would of liked the option to have a proper coffee.

Clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly and happy to help. The same issue is reflected in both positive and negative elements. The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies and as a result the hotel is very quiet in the day and we virtually had the pool and facilities to ourselves. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies that often leave early in the morning to their next destination. On a couple of occasions this resulted in a lot of noise in the corridors as the those departing gathered their bags and chatted loudly outside our room. The location is a little outside the centre of Jerez and although my wife and I walked in and out every day, this might not be for everyone.
