We chose this hotel because it offered free parking close to Jerez and we were very happy with this. We were there a little early for check in and parked up in the hotel car park straight away which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from Jerez itself and is conveniently situated. The communal areas are very pleasant. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Beds were particularly comfortable and we really appreciated the tea and coffee available in the foyer. Breakfast was was really good with lots of choices. We really like the way the hotel is prioritising environmental choices. We were intrigued by the sports stadium attached to the hotel and were delighted to have the chance to watch Jerez play from the hotel balcony. A great experience!

There are restaurants in the area but for a wider range you need to go into Jerez itself

I love this chain of hotels when I am in Italy, so when an option was suggested for my trip in Jerez in Spain, I booked immediately. The hotel is situated exactly by the Jerez FC ground, so yesterday I had the nice surprise of enjoying a match from the hotel balcony which faces the ground! Hotel room was spacious and clean. The lady, cleaning the rooms was just so nice and made sure everything was well. In view that most of my days I had to leave very early, the hotel staff prepared me my take away breakfast which was soooooo abundant and good! The staff was a delicious bunch of young energetic people, who all spoke English and were ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the hotel sits near a sports area, so practicing sports was so easy. Train station is at 25 mins by walk.

Comfortable well located hotel for our needs as we were visiting the Palacio de Congresos, a 10 minute walk. A short taxi ride to Jerez centre. Unique location allowed us to watch some athletes training. The staff were excellent and accommodating as I'd inadvertently booked the same date in March instead of Feb! It was a non-refundable price but they were happy to swap the dates although I had to pay an extra €16, which was better than losing €50. Great customer service 👏🏻 Only one minor criticism was the room was very hot and the aircon didn't work.

Immaculately clean , excellent staff were pleasant and helpful, excellent location for what we required, made to feel welcome

We were not aware until the first morning of the stay that breakfast wasn’t included ( our fault ) asked if we could pay on check out which was confirmed. On check out we were charged an extra 3:25€ per for every breakfast, per person when it was advertised at the lower price only to be informed it had to be pre booked this was the first mention of. We think that 13:75 € foe the breakfast is excessive.

The room was reasonably spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best amont the five hotels we stayed on our trip.

When we arrived in Jerez, the weather was very warm. We were looking forward to a cool room but we were disappointed. The air-conditioning in the room was not giving out cool air. We asked that we be given a new room with functioning air-conditioner. To our disappointment, it was the same. The room did not cool down since we stayed on the first floor and we did dare to leave our window open with the fear of mosquitos. We were not able to have a good night’s rest. I want to recommend this hotel only if you travel in winter time.

- Room was clean. - A nice view from the hotel balcony, you can see big stadium ( did not see any matches ) - Easy and free parking - Breakfast was nice and I had tasty tortilla :)

- Coffee doesn't taste good ( I read previous reviews about it and I can confirm ). - A little far from main attractions. ( but wasn't an issue to me as it was just a stopover night )

Hotel was amazing, room was bright and spacious, bathroom big with all needed facilities and surroundings were quiet. I liked the free coffee a lot and staff was very helpful. We didn't have breakfast, because we left before their breakfast time, but it seemed nice that hours of serving was 6:30 during the week (which is very unusual for Spanish hotels, majority start serving breakfast later).

Everything was perfect

Room was spacious and clean, toilet also very spacious and had a bidet too, internet was really fast everywhere in the hotel. They had lots of alternative milks for breakfast, avena, soya and without lactose. Also there is free coffee the whole day and free water

Breakfast could have been with a bit more of food variety, especially considering I am vegetarian. There was scrambled eggs only one day, the rest was pretty standard choices

I wanted free parking so deliberately chose to be out of the centre - that worked for me. There was an added bonus in that my daughter was a top GB athlete at school and University and I worked at the Olympic Games - the Andalucia athletics meet was on the Saturday so I felt right at home and watched some good competition. The room was a really good size and the bathroom nice.

The breakfast was overpriced. There was competition from the cafe/bars on the nearby roundabout and since I am not on a company expense ticket that mattered. Some of the staff were surly and like robots. Friendliness matters. There was work going on to renovate the lobby - given that is difficult they did very well but occasionally the signage of how to get to the lift when access was blocked off was non existent. I shouldn't say this but the Spanish are not good at thinking through directions and details in these sort of situations. They think they have but don't know how.

Good Central Location, Clean room, with a nice bathroom, and ok AC. Friendly Staff

Paper Thin walls, I could hear my neighbors snore, talking, having sex, TV, etc. As the doors are heavy, every time some one closed a door the whole room shakes.
