The location of Vasilis Studios is fantastic, right on the beachfront of Kivérion about 30 meters from the beach. There is a nice safe small parking lot but we were able find a place every day. There are several Cafe`s on the beach offering beds and an umbrella, you just need to order something for €3.50,- and thats it, also they don't bother you after that anymore. Vasili is very freindly and helpful with any problems or needs, he even provided us with a juice maker at our request and told us it was a gift to take home. There 4 restuarants close buy, a fantastic small supermarket 200 meters away and a big bakery 800 meters away for which you need to use the car because it's unfotunatly on top of the hill.... The Studio has everything you could image in it, you don't need to take anything with you at all, also we so liked the ability of the owner to see the small details of things which you may need. Also one great great thing is that the bathroom window has a moskito net and the balconly has a very big sliding door wlarge ith very big sliding moskito net and blackout curtains, also every balcony has a large wind down sun shade to block out the sun.... Perfect.....

The only small detail is that room could have been cleaned more often and the sheets and towels changed. Our room was cleaned just one time during the ten days and the towls and sheets also changed just one time, pehaps this was beause sometimes we came to the room at around 14:30, sometimes I saw the cleaner so maybe she didn't get to clean our room before we came in?????

A very spacious and clean VfM apartment with a convenient bedroom and living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern furniture, smart TV and internet, and a wide balcony with view to the sea. The apartment has air-condition and a cute corner fireplace (for winter:-) An exceptional apartment for a family at Kiveri, a fantastic seaside village close to Argos and Nafplio. The location is a grand advantage since the apartment is by walking next to taverns, beach bar, café, and also parking is available easily and for free. Besides, the owner kindly welcomed and informed us about the apartment. We really enjoyed our short-time stay at Kiveri during a social event and it is suggested for all year vacations.

The bathroom of the specific apartment has an ergonomic issue regarding the toilet (very close to the bath' glass) that may be easily modified.. Some essentials (eg coffee and sugar sticks, tea, etc) could be provided with compliments.. The apartments hotel is a two floor building while an elevator is missing.. maybe the lower floors apartments are easily accessible.

The apartment, the host, the village and the people were all very lovely.

The building is close to the beach. There is a supermarket nearby. There are few tavernas too. Vasilis is very kind and helpful.

On the last day our car got scratched probably by the garbage men.

Nice calm small village place. Good value for the price. The hotel is claean and renovated. You have to try tge lical bakery on the hill! Best one ever. So tasty, authentic and fair prices. Loved it!

Lack of hot water because it was powered by a sun heated system. I will never understand this in Greece. It's 2024 guys!

The village is nice. A lot of things to do. Nafplio is very near. There are many places to visit around. It is a nice base to travel around. The rooms are good and the owner is a very gentle and warm guy.

We visited the village end of August. Is is crowded. I believe that June and the 1st fifteen days of July would be much much better. The front side of the place could be of better care.

One of the best location,Vasilis is very friendly guy and can help you with all information.Location is very clean, quiet and has the best position the sea.I will return next year .

It was more than we expected and so much better than what the pictures show. We even decided to prolong our stay and really enjoyed every day at this place!

I booked last minute as my travel plans fell through but no problem at all. I was cycling and Vasilis let me keep the bike on the room's private balcony so it was safe. The rooms have a view of the beach, good a/c, a nice little shower room, and a very comfortable bed. Plus the place is around a 10-second walk from the beachside restaurants/cafes, and a 2- minute walk from a handy convenience store. I only wish I'd brought my trunks so I could have got in the sea!

The apartment is very close to the beach, so we took advantage of every late afternoon for a walk. The hosts were very friendly and we had no problems.
