2 days bfast was awesome . 1st day nasi minyak .2 nd day nasi ujan panas. Ayam masak merah is simply delicious. Just add on 1 or 2 more kuih melayu will do..

Upon check in i around 1315 i was told that i've to check in 3 pm. This front off guy is so rigid. Eventually i was assisted by En. Firdaus H/Keeping manager & he told me thing cud be resolved as the room is available during that time. I really appreciated the courtesy n assistance given by him . 2) F/office Miss Sarmila upon my check out is friendly and her skill of communication is very good. Kudos Sarmila n keep it up ur good work.

Very professional and friendly front desk staff (Singh, I think is his name). There was a problem with our booking which he helped us resolve, and then he upgraded our rooms. This was greatly appreciated because it was so late at night when we checked in, and we were very tired and not in the mood to deal with logistic problems like this haha Clean, big room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows Great shower Ample parking Just off the main road so it’s quiet Nice blackout curtains that keep out the lights Only two floors so the hotel isn’t noisy at all, and don’t have to wait so long for the lift haha

The sink is in the room which is a bit unusual but that’s a really minor thing!

I left my laptop bag in the room during the check out. The staff (marina it I'm not mistaken) who worked on 1.11.2024 is so honest and responsible. She sent the bag directly to me in the lobby. Kudos to her and the hotel team. I'm really2 appreciate it. The food is great. Will definitely come again

Strategic location as it not really near and not too far from the main road. Provided parking is extra point

Bathroom: Bathroom door cannot be locked. A part of the glass wall is transparent. Hence, it might be a little bit inconvenient if u have accompany. Lobby: Not really related, but the lighting at the lobby area is quite dark. Iron: I would love it soooo much if iron is provided in the room 😬

this is my very 1st time having the best sleeping in ipoh hotel. extreme comfortable bed and pillow, i had a great sleep ever compared to all hotel. the environment is the best without any noise during the sleeping hours. not even noise from the main road. the surrounding is very quite.

nearby no food restaurant, need to walk for 1km to find food.

Large parking area and large bed for our small family

Too many functions during my stay - 1) Birthday party until late night, many people in the lobby and had to park outside from parking box (with guard permission) 2) birthday celebration at cafe in the morning - had to move to other table after sitting when staff said certain tables is reserved (probably last minute booking), no "Reserved" card displayed on the table.

The smell started to get weird after a day in the upper floors

A bit far from the city centre Industrial area

The room is clean and comfortable. The location also strategic being in the middle of Ipoh city, let you have easy access to the attraction places around the city.

The parking lot was limited, need to improve on this.
