The cleaning staff was superb. Very efficient and responsive. Because of that simple reason, I will stay there next time I visit Moses Lake again!

The entire building was too cold. I had to wear a jacket just to go eat breakfast. I understand it is hot outside but it doesn't have to be so cold inside. It was very uncomfortable for me.

I liked the fact that the front desk clerk allowed me to check in early cause if she hadn't id of been stuck in my car for a few hours waiting. I loved the breakfast!! Had everything from biscuits and gravy to eggs sausage and potatoes to huge waffles!! Plus more that would take to long to mention!! Definitely will be back, and hopefully the cleaning lady with an attitude will be having a better day

I didn't like that one of the cleaning ladies gave my friend grief when she grabbed an extra conditioner. Said she was going to call the front desk, which I didn't mind but she could've had a better attitude and not have been so mean and angry. I'm going to leave names out of it cause I don't want anyone fired but hopefully this will get across to her somehow.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was great with some keto options (scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, hard boiled.eggs). There were also biscuits, potatoes and gravy in addition to the regular continental breakfast items. The room was quiet and dark. We had a pretty good sleep.

The pillows were not very comfortable. It would be good if there were some softer ones. Also, we had our toddler with us. I thought there's a folding bed in the room, but there was only a.regular couch. It was ok, we ended up making a bed for him on the couch and he slept good.

Good location right by the freeway and some restaurants. The Continental breakfast had a good variety of things. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was a handicap accessible room, which we did not request. The bed was low to the ground, which we didn't care for.

The Hotel is everything that you need, it is showing its age a bit, but it was clean and the staff was very pleasant. WE had a dog with us and they gave us a designated pet room at no extra charge.

i noticed the side door did not lock, and you did not need a room card to access.

Rooms were clean and relaxing.

Bed was a little to firm for my bad back. Food was good but when we were looking for biscuits and gravy there was no gravy. Coffee was good and so was tea. Was a lot of noise from pool with kids early

Really it was great but wish they would make Smokers not use the side doors-designate an area maybe in the dog run

No frills. It's all about comfort. It's quiet and a great value. A single comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. For an old lady traveling alone to visit my sister it was perfect. Thanks.

There doesn't seem to be enough parking. Lots of big work type trucks. I came in later and had to park in the restaurant area next door. Kind of dark. A little scary.

The young man at front desk was very curtious and helpful. I also liked location, which was just of the Interstate. Located near a great choice of restaurants.

Room was a little older furniture, but clean and well kept

Location fine. No sign on interstate and we missed the exit and had to go around to find it..the lady at the front desk was very helpful and a joy.

The food on the breakfast was not hot just lukewarm. Need more fruit.
