The rooms are always comfy and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. Their complimentary airport shuttle service is also very convenient, even if your flight is hours late, they'll still be there to get you! Their food and drinks are also always reliably good. I will continue to use this hotel for short stays in Jakarta.

Sometimes it's difficult to find all the signs for food services in the room, it would be nice to have all the food related signs in one spot. The hotel is kinda far from central Jakarta (about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on transportation method and traffic) so I would not call this an ideal long term stay if your mainly planning to be in central Jakarta but for a 2 or 3 night stay it's very convenient due to close proximity to the airport.

I booked this hotel for my mom. Both for her departure and return dates at CGK Airport. The hotel's arrangement for airport shuttle (for both ways' pickup) was very organized. Friendly staff, nice room, and good breakfast. For the price you pay, you won't get anywhere else better than this hotel for your transit at the airport. They also have policy for their late check-out regulation (until 6pm). Amazing deal.

There was a bit of miscommunication between the staff in regards to the late check-out payment for my mom's stay in late September. Nothing really bad, but she was just held at the receptionist a bit too long when it was already time for the airport shuttle at that hour to depart. Everything else was good.

Great location if looking for a hotel close to airport. Otherwise, not so as it is in the middle of nowhere. But taxi rides are cheap so getting one is not a problem. Were staying on the top floor so the views were great as well.

Not the cleanest of rooms but other than that - all good. Neighbourhood is a bit rough so if you are planning to walk anywhere - good luck!

The hotel is close to the airport and perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight the next morning. Pick-up from and drop-off to the airport are included and worked very well. We were particularly surprised by the honeymoon decorations and the lovingly prepared cakes that were brought to our room that evening. The staff was very friendly.

Location was close to airport, and hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Unfortunately, Jakarta traffic is notorious, so the short distance can take a significant travel time. We stayed one night before our next flight. Buffet breakfast was good with many options. Check in was efficient and very easy. Bed was clean and comfortable Decent Wi-Fi

Nothing much around the hotel, except local street food stalls. But this was expected given its proximity to the airport!

The first hotel where is close to the airport with free shuttle that is quiet and allow the guest to get a good sleep. Also, can order food & drink via whatapps

The free water which comes in a jar and didn’t look clean. Although want to be environmental friendly but the cleanliness and health of the guest are also important.

The food and drinks offered here were excellent. Both Indonesian and Western food was great. I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay cuz that food was excellent. Western breakfast options were limited but there was plenty of Indonesian breakfast options. The hotel placement was excellent. I was able to go out and easily get my favorite street food without requiring a taxi. The staff is great and tries to help you even if there's a language issue. Definitely will be staying here next time.

The staff does know English but sometimes it was hard to understand. But I always got it figured out, so this isn't a big deal. The sheets had weird black stains here and there (looked like pen or sharpie stains).

I loved the fact that it offers free pickup from airport and shuttle to go back. The hotel's staff was so kind to text via whatsapp to see of we landed, and again to see if the driver picked us up. So close to the airport just 15 mins while traffic and 8/10 mins without traffic. Hotel was clean and perfect for a night stay.

Not much to do at night, no restaurants. Although we ate from locals which was super cheap and sooo good! We decided to risk it on our 1st night and we were all fine!

Pick up & drop off from Jakarta Airport (including the package) The driver was so nice and smooth check in and check out. The staff was so friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

I am so sorry, the breakfast is not what I was expecting. Maybe the kitchen staff should work more on the menu. Put more flavor and spices.

Good bed, shower, place to work. Water boiler, free coffee and thee in the room, free mineral water. Quiet place, no noise. Wake up call service, airport shuttle. Hotel is in a neighborhood so you can go out for food (lunch eg) in local stalls, however the road is not very appropriate for pedestrians so be careful.

For some reason there is no airport shuttle at 8 in the morning You have to choose to leave at 7 or 9.
