The staff and room are all GREAT!! Getting to Kemah is tricky by any other means that is not an Uber or Lyft so consider that. There is plenty of parking in the premises however there are NO FOOD options nearby so if you wish not to spend that much, Uber eats would be the best option. The rooms are like small apartments so you are in for a treat.

Just the fact there are no eating options close to the hotel. Aside from that, it was great. There's free coffee in the lobby though.

The price was fair.

The coin operated washer and dryer did not work, but since there was no sign warning people not to waste their money on the machines, I tried to wash and dry a load of clothes. Not only was the washer broken, the dryer didn't work either. So I went to work wearing dirty, soaking wet clothes because I didn't have time to drive somewhere and find a washer and dryer that actually worked.

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and how modern they were. Fridge and microwave and huge TV (which we didn't watch) Very happy with room.

Not hotel's fault but lot of roadworks directly outside hotel. The entrance was barely visible and drove past it twice as was a very small space between two large traffic cones. We stupidly left two jackets and some medicines in the room Hotel weren't that helpful trying to retrieve these and kept having to phone back.

The beds are hard as heck! And the mini fridge didn't work well. Also we got charged an extra 17 bucks when we got there for some reason.

Rooms were very clean, the air conditioner was very cold, and the location to the board walk was perfect, front desk guy was very nice and helpful.

Our tv was messed up. It kept glitching out, but we messed with the cables and it helped a little bit.

There's no pool. It was a little disappointing, and there was no breakfast. They could've offered breakfast on the go.,and we got a knock on our door for saying kids had been running for four hours and they said they could hear it from the office.,when we hear the knock we had only been there for an hour. We had just arrived an hour before the knock. We had been on the Boardwalk. Than a few hour later they came to the room next to us and complained about running. It was never us in the first place it was the roo. Before. A d we didn't get an apology either

The road construction makes it nearly impossible to exit the property without damaging your vehicle. This is the road construction company's fault, not the hotel's fault.
