The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and vegetables, along with an excellent selection of breads. We especially loved the covered back patio and the grassy sitting areas, which were perfect for relaxing. Having easy access to a nearby forest hiking trail was also a huge bonus. While we didn't get a chance to use the pool, we appreciated the quiet, natural setting. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Our room was comfortable, although we did find that the pillows were all too plump and high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep without some neck discomfort. Offering a selection of pillows to guests would be a great addition.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel. We were given a small room and a big room connected to each other as we were 4 and it was really comfortable, like having a flat. The staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. In general we realized that the hotel was very generous and everything was well organized. One of the few times I can say that it offered an excellent value for money! We also had dinner at the restaurant and considering the quality of the food and the very nice live music the price we paid was more than fine! We are looking forward going there again!

• The Lake side executive room was amazing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and we had a balcony with view on a forest. It was beautiful. We could even see the skydivers in the sky. • the staff were great, professional, and available anytime. • Be aware that the hotel is not located in the center of Spa, so it would require a car for the 5 minutes to get to the center. loved the fact that it was a bit away because it was so quiet. • The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices. Very good breakfast with good products.

If there’s something I would say is that I would have liked more vegetarian choices and more variety in the hotel menu

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing, we got replies and changes done instantly before arrival. They were so accommodating for the questions and requests. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing. The sofa bed for kids was very comfortable. The breakfast had variety and tasty.

I would still recommend this hotel very highly but not if you are looking for an exclusive spa vacation. The spa was small vs the hotel, hence crowded. And the oriental Turkish hammam area, please change its name, it has zero things in common with a hammam. It is more like a heated bus waiting stop, maybe a small humid and warm waiting room? :D

I discovered this region last year and since then I love to stay in that hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the view is just amazing. The staff is very friendly and you can get away from the daily stress using the pool and the wellness area Special thanks for the reception, he always gives me very good tips to visit the area. I already made a booking for 3 days during the summer

Hotel: overall good facilities, sauna and swimming pool is really good. Breakfast: amazing breakfast with lots of options, including gluten free. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The elevator to access the swimming pool: it's tiny and the automatic doors were not working properly, which may be dangerous, especially for kids.

The bedroom: our bed was not a double bed but two single beds put together and the mattress was too soft, so not comfortable. The bathroom: the air exhaustion wasn't strong enough and because there are no windows in the bathroom we had the feeling it was always wet. Facilities: sauna, swimming pool and gym close too early (7PM) Not the hotel's fault but the lake we see in the pictures was empty, so the landscape surrounding the hotel was not as beautiful as we were expecting.

Our room had a great view and looked like it had recently been renovated. New pillows as well which were a huge improvement on the old flat ones Staff were very sweet and helpful

I think the hotel was slightly under staffed which was a shame as it had an impact on service levels in the evening. It took 20 mins for my colleagues to get served in the bar on the first night. And there was no bar food at all while we were there and no one seemed to be able to explain that.

This is a very nice hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good facilities and a great breakfast. The rooms on one side of the building have a great view out over the valley which Spa is in. The town itself is a short drive away, or, if you're feeling energetic, you can walk along to the top of the "ascenseur" funicular and take it down into the centre. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which is large by hotel standards.

Everything was good. The only thing we didn't like was the first impression when driving into the car park as the hotel itself is something of a large concrete building (from the 60s? 70s?) which is not attractive. But once you're inside the experience changes.

The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious and generous. To summarise the perfect place to relax. We will surely come back !

The room with a view was quite hot when we arrived, I think during the sunny days the heater is not necessary (it was at 28 degrees) because the sun heats naturally very quickly the room. But it really was quite minor compare to our general experience at the hotel :-)

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are big enough, we had a standard room. You can do a short hike to the lake in the valley. You can also have access to the swimming pool for no extra cost, there is also a small gym. The breakfast is good, and it has variety. Also there is the possibility to book a massage.

It’s a bit far away from the city centre so it would be good to have a car.
