The location, it was quiet in the night, and that's what we exactly needed.This place is good for those seeking tranquility. The room is beautifully decorated and clean, modern, spacious.

The view, our room was facing the parking. The swimming pool is included in the wellness package and if you don't pay the package of 30 euro p.p. , no access to the swimming pool. This is not mentioned on the reservation page.

The location is amazing.

Beforehand i made a reservation through email and got now confirmation so i called the hotel. Receptionist was rude and told me i did something wrong when i did exactly what the instructions said in the booking.com chat. I wanted to stay for one night with breakfast and spa included for my birthday. Nobody congratulated me. It was in my reservation because I traveled alone it would have been a nice gesture to at least acknowledge my birthday. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant too food tasted great but portions where really small they kept giving everyone extra bread probably because of this haha. For a 4 star hotel the restaurant is not 4 star worthy as a former waitress. No offence i had a nice time but it’s just not at that level.

*We arrived at 2 pm and could check in immediately *Perfect location to start the hikes with our dog *The sauna offering is good, inside and outside *Beautiful Ardennes view around the hotel, you can hear the birds singing the whole day *Great location to do some city trips in Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg (Liège, Cologne, Clervaux)

*The room is really available from 3 pm *We were there for 5 nights and used the sauna 4 times, there was always 1 facility not working, either one of the jacuzzi outside or the jacuzzi inside *The bed is on a hard side and the pillows were bad, soft and small *Everything is written/ set in French (restaurant/ brasserie menu, tv menu, massage offering. So if you don't speak French, I recommend using the Google translate camera *The prices of the massage offerings are extremely high

Very well located to do trekking in the area (right next to a GR trail). The spa was very good, especially after a long walk in the forest. Great breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and clean, including a very comfy bed.

The restaurant's look and feel grows old quickly. Nothing too serious if you are only staying a couple of days... Plus, there are other dining options in the area.

Overall, it was a very nice experience, the stuff was helpful and the hotel is modern and comfortable, the room was above expectations. Gluten-free bread and fresh juice and smoothies for breakfast.

The breakfast was mediocre, there was no black tea and no vegetables. The service and food in restaurants were a bit poor. The price was not adequate to what you get. It was surprising that they didn't have menus with allergens, nor upon request.

The wellness and relaxation area was amazing and the views into nature are great. The serene surrounding is definitely worth a stay and it's very close to Malmedy and Monschau.

The restaurant food wasn't great and definitely not worth the prices. I was impressed by the decor but the food din't convince at all, that's a real pity for such a great hotel.

I am biased, as we got an upgrade and we really were in love with the room. But overall the whole hotel is brand new and modern, with a “in the woods” touch which relates to the nice surroundings and location in the Ardennes. Also the brewery nearby and the fact that we could have a spa in the hotel was great.

Choice of food for dinner at the brasserie, it took quite some time for the food to arrive.

Good value for money if you don't need the extras such as wellness and eggs for breakfast. Nice place to go walking , Unfortunately the rear gate which would give direct access to the walking paths is closed, forcing you to go round to the main street entrance.

Dark badly lit interior, looks as if the interior designer was afraid of light. Spa access at 25€ per person for 3 hours is expense. On the other hand nobody checked if you paid for the sauna. Nice quality breakfast but eggs and bacon cost extra

The property is clean and is a great spa resort for relaxing. Close to the spa there are a lot of walking routes

It was not clear before that even for using swimming pool only you have to say the full spa usage price of 30euros and it’s not even free for kids. Similarly for hiring bathrobes there is a high charge. (At least that should be free if one is using the spa!)

Hotel restaurant is undergoing renovation. And the outside restaurant is not easy to find in snowy dark winter evenings, and somehow it exist on apple maps but not on Google maps. Reception personnel could have provided a little more accurate instructions
