This is a truly charming little B&B right in the center of Chieti, which is bustling with activity. There are only 3 rooms which made it extremely quiet. The owner could not have been more accommodating, as I had had some problems receiving the door code for entrance due to internet problems I had with my phone (no fault of his). In addition, he was always available to help me with parking which I had a little anxiety about. The breakfast was laid out in the morning by unseen hands -- a little like a fairy tale, really. Upon coming into the breakfast area in the morning, one can find brioche and pastries along with yogurt and milk in the refrigerator. In addition, a very convenient Keurig-like machine was ready to make coffee in the full-facility kitchen. The private bathroom contained a convenient shower with plenty of hot water along with the usual toilet and sink. All extremely clean and comfortable. The B&B is steps away from the Piazza Garibaldi, which is where paid and free parking is located, as well as steps away from several places to eat or buy fresh produce, etc.

Nothing that can be changed by anyone, but just a heads-up: The little alleyway where the B&B is located is rather steep and paved with cobblestones. If you have any kind of physical issue, the climb up or down to the hotel could be a little taxing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was cozy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It had such a cute charm and made us feel comfortable and at home. We would happily stay here again!

From our point of view, the only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. We didn’t quite know what to expect and found it to be more of a light, snack-style breakfast. There was cereal and a coffee maker, so we were able to have something in the morning, but it wasn’t a full buffet-style breakfast.

The room had a wonderful temperature because of the thick walls of the building. Even though it was 30 degrees outside the room temperature was always nice and I had no need to turn on the air-conditioning. I also liked the breakfast bar in the morning.

Room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. I think we had the whole place to ourselves so it was very quiet. Breakfast was a fresh Cornetto and coffee.

We were left alone with no real information given, we had no idea what time breakfast was offered. We were unsure about parking and were told to park in the piazza for a fee, but there was a market the following day and we would get towed after 6am, we werent offered alternative parking and street parking was extremely limited, so we woke up at 5am to move the car which was a little stressful.

The hosts brought us fresh pastries etc every morning but left us to our own devices otherwise. If we'd needed something, (which we didn't) we all felt we would've been accommodated. I prefer hosts to be at the end of the phone :). We hadn't realised there were only 3 rooms so we had the whole place to ourselves (between 4), nice surprise. Powerful shower. We were picked up and taken back to the airport for £5 each, each way, bargain! The location was great, lots of lovely places to eat, gorgeous architecture as we wandered around.

The only "grumble" would be that we couldn't get a proper wifi signal in the communal areas to play music but we didn't spend that much time in the house anyway.

A wonderful B&B! The owner was really friendly and went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed. He specifically catered for my Coeliac needs for breakfast! Would definitely return!

I appreciated the personal attention I received from the owners. The room was spacious and comfortable. The house was lovely. The location perfect for walking everywhere

Location was absolutely perfect--right in the middle of all the action. And the apartment was very comfortable with a shared kitchen that was helpful. Extremely grateful that the owner suggested arrangements for parking very close by.
