I stayed at Pai Village Boutique Resort for eight nights, and it was truly a magical experience. The service was exceptional—the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every little detail was taken care of. The resort was spotlessly clean, and the hospitality went above and beyond. The pool may be small, but it’s a lovely, peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the most thoughtful touches was the little gifts they left in our room before bed, making us feel so welcome. They also knew we had an early morning check-out and prepared a food box for us to take on the road, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Pai Village Boutique Resort is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pai. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so special!

The only thing to note is that there can be some noise from frogs at night, but it adds to the natural charm of the place.

Beautiful room in quiet and serene environment. Lovely pool area (although pool quite small). Great breakfast/snack/fruit throughout the day. Very kind staff. We did not eat in the restaurant but drinks similar pricing to most of Pai. Room very well stocked - we loved our daily gift and offer of room being cleaned daily. Good fascilities - fridge, mosquito net, safe in the room. Would recommend for relaxing stay in Pai if you want to treat yourself and spend a little more to avoid the backpacker/hostel scene, whilst also in walking distance to the action.

Pool a bit small. Not that clear what activities they offered and information in the room in thai.

I think this is my favourite place I've ever stayed. The setting is devine, and is even better in person. The staff light incense everywhere so everywhere has a beautiful smell, and it's just so gorgeous and leafy. The huts are very much like glamping, you hear all the noises of nature (like the hundreds of frogs!) so it can be a little noisy but you get used to it. The location is brilliant, couldn't pick a better location for Pai. Loads of places to chill out and hang. The staff were so friendly but not overbearingly so. The housekeeping staff were exceptional, leaving little gifts and notes. Loved it.

We stayed in the Boutique Garden room for our honeymoon, which was small but very romantic. The breakfast was rich with plenty of options, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. There’s also a small pool on the property, and the location is perfect—right near the walking streets. We arrived with an AYA van and found it easy to walk with our suitcases to the hotel.

While soy milk was available for coffee during breakfast, it had to be specially requested from the waitress and couldn’t be heated, which might not be ideal for vegans or those avoiding dairy. However, hot coffee mugs were provided.

Amazing special resort in Pai so close to the walking streets but quiet enough at night- a beautiful oasis. You can tell the staff take pride in the resort and are very polite and friendly. We stayed in the Rasa Villa -very large space, comfortable bed, huge washroom. Spent an afternoon chilling on the patio. Staff leave little gifts and notes - there’s also mosquito netting around the bed. Breakfast was included and had good variety and you can make special orders. Definitely recommend Pai resort if you are looking for a nature-filled and pampering experience.

Worst part is the drive from Chiang Mai to Pai for three hours and hairpin steep curves. We booked transport there and were in a private air conditioned SUV. On the return trip, it was a truck and my wife was very car sick.

Beautiful little oasis on the edge of the busy town, close enough to walk to everything yet you feel like you have your own private hideaway. This is our second time staying here and we plan to stay here again when visiting Pai. The staff is very helpful and they put a lot of work into making your stay comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is great and the pool is a refreshing treat in the heat of the afternoon. The tropical jungle setting is just beautiful and the sounds of the frogs and birds around you are like having a nature sound bath. Everyone in our group loved relaxing on the porches of the bamboo bungalows. It felt like "rustic luxury" :-)

Occasionally at breakfast you have to flag someone down to get their attention to take your order. They do not always necessarily greet you as soon as you sit down. Once you get their attention though, they are quick and efficient in bringing your ordered food.

From the welcome drink and freezing cold flannel on arrival after the long drive from Chiang Mai, this garden resort whispers discreet luxury. I had a gorgeous hut with lounge terrace offering complimentary fruit, soft lighting, personalised welcome notes, fly spray and mosquito cream, torch and umbrellas, and many other of those tiny but telling detail - ties on the soft towels, delicately covered water bottles - the list is long. Resort Manager Phouwanart Khamthong is an alumni of the Shangri-la in Bangkok; his charm and attention to detail imbues the establishment, from its superbly trained staff to its perfectly kept lush gardens, fish pools, relaxing swimming pool area and fine breakfast. The staff are wonderfully attentive, in particular Bay at reception provided professional smiling assistance at every step.

This was our favourite hotel through our 3 weeks travelling Asia. Everything about it is amazing and offered everything we wanted. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the grounds of the hotel are stunning. The pool area is beautiful and the little cabin rooms are so cute. Breakfast is lovely (especially the banana pancakes) and offers a cooked menu alongside buffet style. When we next visit pai we will be back ☺️!

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property, we just we had tried the restaurant whilst we were there as the food looked very nice.

Beautiful boutique accommodation with traditional teak and bamboo huts on timber stilts. Set in beautifully tended grounds, with fantastically attentive, friendly, helpful staff. Ideal location right at the end of ‘walking street’, footsteps away from everything you need. Blue Ox restaurant was very nice, menu selection to please all and reasonably priced or you could step out and sample the street food just seconds away. Breakfast was very good. Peaceful and quiet at night. Would highly recommend. Eak, one omnipresent member of staff was very keen to get a mention in our review, so hello, Eak, thank you for all your help and assistance.

Overall, it was a very good stay. - Very friendly staff which is really running the extra mile - Our room (boutique with Mountain View) was very spacious, clean and good working shower - Fantastic location

Despite the fact that we had a good stay, I think there are a few things which can be improved: - the pool is very small (but it does that job) and the seats around the pool are very limited - the location is very central, with as disadvantage that there is quite some noise. Tip from our experience : if you want to avoid all the noise of the music and the Main Street, book a boutique room (and not a hut).
