I was participating in an event at Hunters Point and upon leaving/check out a very nice lady told me that in the furture to tell them and they give a discount for the reservation. Not sure why that could not have been applied or reimbursed considering I booked the hotel for this event way in advance to secure my stay.

I like the location. It's close enough to downtown but it's also centrally located to go to other nearby communities. The rooms are nice, large, and very clean. And the morning breakfast is a nice touch.

I only wish that there were eggs without cheese since I have allergies. I know this is a "Southern" thing, but not everyone can take part. I know this seems petty but this is the 2nd time that I have stayed here, just saying.

The staff was amazing while we were there and after. I had a question regarding Bonvoy acct and the call center was so rude. I called the hotel and Cathy(?) helped me and was so patient and professional. Please give her a raise.

Clean and I felt safe walking at night by myself. Also every hotel in Greenville hikes their prices up for games and graduation. This hotel was still close and reasonable.

3RD TIME IN A ROW THAT YOU ALL HAVE PUT ME IN A HANDICAP ROOM...THIS TIME IT WAS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SO IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ME AND THE SHOWER WAS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. MY ROOM IS ALWAYS RESERVED A WEEK OR 2 AHEAD OF TIME SO NOT SURE WHY I GET THE ONLY LEFTOVER ROOMS.... I AM NOT HANDICAP OR HARD OF HEARING/DEAF

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love it because they have an indoor pool (the water was freezing, but the kids didn't care). We will stay here everytime we come to visit our family!!

The only thing that could be changed is the pool water temp, lol.

Breakfast attendant was exceptional and the food was very good.

The front desk personnel were not very welcoming at check in. They were efficient but not really friendly. Check out was the same.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.

The pool was entirely too cold. The pool was the only reason we were willing to take on the exorbitant price of the rooms. Kids weren’t able to enjoy their stay.

Property was clean inside and outside, indoor pool was a hit with our 8 yr old even though the water was freezing being an indoor pool, location was close to food and shopping

The breakfast Smelled wonderful! Unfortunately we had to leave. before serving time. We got coffee and the sweet lady preparing it told us she had grits and oatmeal ready, along with muffins and bagles to grab something to go. The rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Staff was very friendly

Wish there was more TV channels .

I love that when I walked into the hotel it smelled so good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was great. I will be going back to visit and will stay in this hotel again.
