The ambiance coupled with pride and professionalism of the staff is second to none. Special shoutout to Maxine during our check-in. She provided the type of customer service that is often sought but seldom found today. Please pass on a job well done to Jordan in restaurant. Jordan went out of his way to ensure that we were well taken care of during our dining experiences. Thanks for the mangos Jordan. Ayala Mall is less than a two-minute walk from the hotel through the underground garage - nice in case it rains. The mall has a cornucopia of food choices - Italian, Japanese, steakhouse, coffee shops as well as fast food. I wouldn’t hesitate a second to stay during my next visit to Cebu.

Buffet breakfast was a nice wide spread which was very good. Because the hotel was full and the breakfast place was not huge, we had to go earlier in order to get seats. The firmness of bed plus the four pillows gave us excellent sleep. Location was excellent as we had easy access to the shopping mall next door.

It;s nice that they have a musician at the lobby in the evenings. It's just that the volume of music was too loud, we could not hear each other converse. Even when lobby was empty music was too loud. This was the case each night we were there. In our room the shower glass door fittings was not glued well at the bottom, so water would seep onto bathroom floor.

All the staff are excellent they make the place 5 star❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ -From the security personnel who were quick to track my phone left in the taxi, and the genuine concern -front lobby and concierge are so warm and welcoming -the restaurant staff made sure we were comfortable outside for dinner and set up an electric fan and just made sure we were comfortable eating outside -the bar staff are so lovely and sliced my mangoes and packed it in a container to feed my son for the day -security personnel at the entrance/exit to ayala work tirelessly in the heat pls give them an electric fan -housekeeping tidied my room and came back to an organised room i thought i had to clean up myself wow😊 Swerte kaau mo sa inyong mga staff mao gwapo diri mu stay part sa experience namo travel sa cebu Walking distance to Ayala Yummy breakfast buffet😃

The breakfast was delicious! I love the variety of the foods. The refreshing drinks (juices), coffee and my favorite were sikwate and bibingka. Shout out to the staff especially my room attendant Andrea ,she does a great job tidying my room! Imma, Kent and the door men and the door woman. The Guard(chinito) with the service dog was very helpful when my rent a car dropped off. In fact, I was looking for him when me and my son checked out. Safe place to stay. Awesome crew in Seda Ayala!

the only thing I didn`t like was the glass bar in the shower where you put the shampoo etc. etc. It was unstable that it might fall, and it was loosed. The metal stopper wasn`t attached.

The hotel was fantastic, the team made all the difference, everyone was welcoming and competent. We paid extra for the club access which was well worth it, Mr Adonis who heads up the club room was very hospitable. Special thanks to Rafgie and Rowell our room attendants need a special mention for their attention to detail and the note they left us - in all the hotels we've stayed at around the world this is the first time we've been treated so well.

We had an excellent experience at Seda Ayala. Location is perfect, it's just a minute walk to ayala mall..The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. Extra credit to the General Manager Miss Gina.. (not sure her name as i missplaced her buissness card). She is very approachable and made sure we had a comfortable stay. This hotel is not perfect but their staff are giving their best to ensure we had a great experience.

The Seda is a lovely hotel in Cebu city Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious with a super comfortable bed. The immaculately clean hotel has a small pool and outdoor area which makes you feel like you’re not in the city centre but it’s in fact adjacent a massive pristine shopping mall with many restaurant or cafe options. Highly recommended trying the hotel buffet - the range of foods is amazing - very tasty!

Unfortunately due to Cebu’s heavy traffic it meant while the hotel was not so far away from the ports to go any island tours required to start at 4am.

My two boys and I stayed at Seda Ayala Center Cebu for 5 nights in 3 club rooms. I highly recommend the club rooms. Food was delicious from breakfast to afternoon tea and happy hour drinks every day. Bathrooms are spacious and toiletries are great! Their gym is also the enormous! So close to Ayala Mall. Loved our stay in this hotel and will definitely come back!

Laundry service is too expensive. Try and find outside

EVERYONE was helpful and attentive. The fitness center and pool attendants probably never get recognition, but they were just as attentive as the rest of the staff. The personal note of more than a couple of sentences by the housekeeping staff was a HUGE PLUS. The buffet breakfast was good and well maintained, and the restaurant and room service were above par!!!

The buffet breakfast was very delicious. The hotel is right beside ayala center cebu with a nearby transport terminal. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Don't hesitate to ask them for any of your concerns. The room was clean although not quite spacious. Internet was fast and reliable. Would definitely book here again if I plan to stay in the city.

If you have kids and want to visit places like cebu ocean park, anjo's world, or cebu safari, expect a bit of travel time from those places. But, if you just want a place in the center, this place is the best.
