Staff was extremely helpful and responsive, giving guidelines and helping in the severe storm that hit the city. The room was great, spacious, clean, cozy and comfortable.

We loved the location, the reviews were amazing and did not disappoint. We were checked in by Flaviu, he was super friendly, informative and enthusiastic. We had many interactions with Marius who was also a delight throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to the Asian male (so sorry I didn't grab his name) during breakfast service, he was super friendly, smiley and great energy. Great location, situated on a main road with many restaurants, shops, banks and great public transport links. Amazing bathroom Dove products, size was amazing, there were 3 of us in the room, never felt cramped.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything I needed. The food was also good. The location couldn't have been better for what I needed - easy to walk to the National Arena (and especially back to the hotel after a concert, when it's difficult to find ubers/taxis) and very close to the Piata Muncii subway station, 3 mins walk. The staff was also lovely. I arrived around 11AM and they had a room ready, so I was able to check-in early. On the last day, since my flight was at 10:30PM, I asked about late check-out and was given the option of a free late check-out up until 2PM, or for a 50% fee if I wanted to stay until 6PM. I will for sure be staying here again.

Good option regarding the location and comfort. Hotel is just a few steps from metro station and major tram lines. My room was equipped with everything as per the description, the staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, though a bit too international. Bigger choice of typical local foods would be appreciated. Finally, I also appreciated the possibility of getting complimentary ice to your room. Overall, I would choose this hotel again for my next stays.

In my opinion, the era of minibars is rather over. I would much more appreciate to have a small fridge free for the goods I bought during my stay, as hotels in many different countries offer nowadays. As a late night snacks and beverages option, there could be a vending machine.

The hotel has only 4 parking spaces. There is one nice underground parking nearby which costs 50 lei per day. The room was too small for 2 adults and one child. At check-in, I was requested to provide my card number and expiration date in order for them to be able to take the money for the products that I would forget to declare I consumed from the minibar.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Bucharest Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-positioned for easy access to local attractions, and staffed by incredibly kind and helpful people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel has limited parking spots, which can be a problem if you arrive late in the evening, as the spots tend to fill up quickly. However, during the day, spaces frequently become available. Fortunately, there's a large public underground parking lot right next to the hotel, which serves as a convenient alternative. Despite this minor inconvenience, my experience at the hotel was positive, thanks to its cleanliness, prime location, and friendly staff.

I like this hotel, it was the second time I stayed there. The location suited me, as I had to be in the area for family reasons. It's not really right in the centre but it has metro and bus stations next to it. There are shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants close by. The rooms are very clean, well equipped with kettle, coffee maker (capsules) and minibar. The bed is very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like the light from the AC (when it's on) and from the room phone. Also, I could not sleep very well with the AC on as it's a bit too noisy for me but that's not really specific only to this hotel :-)

Although , my room it was on a high floor , I heard a lot of noise from the cars and also from the elevator . And it was hard to fall asleep. I am sensitive in this regard . Otherwise everything was great , nice shower , very clean , nice staff !

Great position in the city, very close to the metro station and with a non-stop shop just next to the hotel. Breakfast is good with moderate variety of foods, hot and cold. Free ice from the bar is a nice bonus.

Towels are changed every day, even though a sign in the bathroom says, they would change them only, if you put them on the floor.

Good room size, very well cleaned and nice ordered. Near location there are a lot of transportation possibilities: Metro, tram, bus ... Huge (payed - at a very fare price) parking place right beneath (S1 and S2) the Hotel area and the boulevard. Good breakfast but at the charged price it would have to offer something more to eat in my opinion.

Mini bar was not complete and also contained fake bottle of whiskey. I stated that we did not used the minibar at all but I was still charged (which I was afraid due to missing mini bar stuff) after the checkout and leaving the hotel for some ... unknown reason.
