Beautiful hotel with lots going on and a great location if you want to be in walking distance of a couple of towns. There are a lot of unnecessarily negative reviews, so don’t be put off! Great to have the private beach area, the reception staff were very friendly, food was good but not 5* and a la carte restaurants are hard to get booked into, but nice food. Pool area was the highlight! And you can get sun beds at any time. NOTE: there is a family of dogs and puppies next to the Radisson Blu hotel (5 mins from hotel), they hide away and are very thirsty and hungry. PLEASE FEED THEM, not many people know they’re there and feed only the beach dogs. They don’t like to be stroked because they’re scared but are super grateful for food and water!!

Rude personnel at the reception ( two girls ). We wanted to pay with cash what was possible this kind of payment there but suddenly they said higher price (140€more ) and asked for card payment complaining that booking is very bad and we were never supposed to book the hotel through booking. I never had problems before and I am travelling only through booking. They poor English doesn’t let them explain why they want more money and at the end I had to pay more what was not okay and I've never had a situation like this before.

We stayed at the hotel twice, and both times in different years had food poisoning.. that was a real pity and it can ruin the experience If you don’t put your towel down on a sunbed before 7am you won’t have a sunbed for the entire day. Notwithstanding the hotel rules, the guests reserve their sunbed by putting a towel down.

Beautiful location, the entire hotel has beautiful aesthetics and truly luxurious. The many restaurants and options for food is amazing. Great gym facilities for a decent workout, and the hotel backs straight onto the beach. Hotel rooms are huge with plenty of space as well as the lobby and chill out areas. I Highly recommended this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is amazing!! We only ate in the buffet restaurant, there was a good variety and the dinner had something different on every night, this was the only thing I was worried about after reading some reviews but it was 100%. I also read a lot of reviews about no loungers by the pool, there was mornings we went down around 10am and had no issue getting a lounger, only one day we couldn’t find any & one of the ‘pool staff’ came straight over and found us 2 and put them wherever we wanted, that’s literally what they’re there for, it’s their job, so I wouldn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews (for the proper beds with the canopy you need to be down around 7am). The restaurant staff are brilliant, they learnt our drinks order after a few days and we had our drinks sitting on the table for us coming back from getting food every time. The entertainment staff are also lovely, greeting everyone every morning & afternoon, will have a lovely chat with you but don’t push you to do anything. The rooms are spotless, free mini bar restocked every day. All of the bar staff are also lovely, will have a good laugh with you, all cocktails/spirits are included, and you can ask them to make anything not on the menu. Camel & Horse riding along the private beach, and jet ski’s. We said after the first few days we we’re 100% going back next year.

The only TINY problem we had was trying to get an iron to the room, definitely bring a travel iron with you if you think you’ll need one, but this isn’t enough to make us not want to go back!

We really liked it. The service was very good. The hotel was in a good location and looked very beautiful. There were many activities in the hotel, which you could take part in but you didn't have to if you just wanted to relax. The food could be better, they do local food very well. Our trick was to add lemon and salt - it brought out the flavors more . We highly recommend it to families!

The hotel was clean but the room cleaning could have been better. We didn't have shampoo and conditioner in the room - you should bring your own. The wine and beer are mediocre - one choice. You have to wake up early in the morning to get a spot for a tan - people take their things to places - it's sad and annoying. We really like it and recommend it!

Lovely facilities, gorgeous pools-indoor and out. Really close to the beach and super friendly staff- especially great with the children. Took a ten minute walk to the little town on the hill which had a great Moroccan-surfy vibe- bought some vases and cute souvenirs. Lots of funky restaurants overlooking the sea. Food was so good in the hotel- particularly in the evening, but if you want the a la carte restaurants, download the Rui app to book before you arrive as they were booked out (Easter hols). We will be back!

First, the property looks exactly like the photos and even better. But what’s even more exciting is the SERVICE. BOOK THIS RESORT. Quality food and optionssss . The cocktails were definitely hitting as well ( did I mention that this is unlimited? ) . I also felt absolutely safe and catered to as a black solo female traveler. none of this is sponsored but I’m just happy that I chose this resort for my birthday trip. They also sent complimentary roses to my room for my birthday and curated a memorable birthday dinner for me at the Krystal restaurant. The servers at both restaurants ( Krystal & le musk) are delightful. lol, this is the first time I’m leaving a written review so you can tell how much value I got. ( btw, I paid with my hard earned money so none of this is sponsored)

The breakfast was very varied and delicious, with excellent Moroccan tea and very efficient service. Hotel staff very helpful. Great gym. Delicious food at the à la carte restaurant Babor.

Long response time to reported issues. Poor management of the pool area. To get a cabana by the pool, you had to be there at around 6 a.m. There were always some sun beds available, but it was very crowded. No waiter service at the pool. All they need to do is introduce an additional paid service and the problems with the cabanas would be solved. Krystal Restaurant – the worst food among the à la carte restaurants, a waste of time. This is a family hotel, so be prepared for children shouting. It is definitely not a hotel for business trips.
