The pool was perfect for my grandkids. They loved that it was just deep enough they could stand. The hot tub was great. Everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was amazing. All of them took time to talk with us and my grandkids. We felt very comfortable staying there. Will definitely be our 1st choice if we ever go back out that way

I was double charged for this room - once by Hilton Gardens and the other by Booking.com and "no one can help me resolve this matter" because they keep telling me to talk to the other company about being double charged.

Close to the recreation complex hosting the softball tournament. Clean and comfortable.

The morning staff was always cheerful and helpful, breakfast was great and hotel was clean.

We were there for a basketball tournament, we know quiet times start at 10. Didn't know that quiet time meant we couldn't sit in the lobby, front desk lady proceeded to get loud and kick us out of the lobby. She was rude and condescending. The adults were watching the basketball game and we could not get the channel in our rooms. As a paying customer I didn't think quiet time meant the lobby was off limits completely.

Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly cooked and the service was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, especially for our 2 kids. Staff were very nice and the room was clean.

Spacious rooms and very clean! Our room was very comfortable for our family of four. Everyone had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we’re in the area.

When I made the reservation I mentioned that we w/b bringing our dog. There was never a mention of an additional charge for the pet ... I was charged an additional $25/nt for the dog. Really think that they should have mentioned the extra charge prior to booking. Also, they really nickel & dime you to death w/all of the extra fees & taxes.

No complimentary bathroom products were set out. It was inconvenient to have to ask for those things. I would never pay for breakfast at a hotel when we can go to restaurants with more options and pay same price.

The only issue with the hotel is the location is at the intersection of two very busy highways with a lot of truck noise. The place was very nice as was the staff and amenities.
