Clean and very attractive & modern looking.

The difficulty of getting into the correct parking lot to the hotel. Many buildings in this area and lots of parking or driveways entries, but not all go through to property. However, if that is the only thing I can state as a dislike, then that proves this is a very nice and comfortable hotel

Great location. Staff and hotel were wonderful. Definitely would stay again.

Young lady working night shift had her hair (wig?) alllllllll a mess and looked like we were bothering her when asked her a question. Only issue really.. But not a big deal overall.

Very comfortable once we got settled in. We had to change rooms. The shower was great with plenty of water pressure. Soft towels. Breakfast was good.

We had to change rooms due to the television not working.

The facilities were very clean. The building looked newly built. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast had a lot of options.

Nothing to complain about. The access roads were a little squirrely, but I made my way in and out of the hotel alright.

Breakfast was good. Very attentive employee who kept things fresh and full.

Better signage. Coming from the East you cannot pull directly in. (not that I found anyway). So had to come in thru the FWO entrance and kind of guess your way around (cutting thru buildings). Being from Fort Wayne, I know the area and even worked in that complex for years. So I did not use GPS and had a heck of a time finding the hotel entrance!

Everything was very clean. The property is close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. Hardly any coffee.

Clean and fresh. Large bathroom with safety grab bar in the shower. One on each side would be better.

The rooms had high ceilings, all of the amenities we could hope for and great showers!!

The parking lot had a severe drop at the apron. It was also understaffed, though the people on duty did their best.

The bed and pillow could’ve been more comfortable- a little firm for my taste. Also, a little pricey.

I liked how kind the staff was

I rented to rooms and had a confirmation and upon arrival I was told that I only had one room. The staff helped to fix it and get us an extra room.
