We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and a great location to all that we wanted to do. The breakfast had a great selection of foods and it was delicious.

The only thing that disappointed us was that even though a hot tub was advertised on the website- there was not one. We were told that it had not been in use for over a year. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of that feature. Updating the website does not seem like it would take much effort and we would have appreciated knowing.

Rooms were great breakfast was awesome as well.

We were called 2 hours before quiet time that my kids were being loud. We were on the top floor. Being that my kids aren't loud at all We walk heavily if that makes sense, I didn't care for the fact that they called 3 times within an hour span that my kids were being "roudy". I literally had to tell my kids to be quiet and walk slowly, and not so heavy.There were other kids on the floor and next door as well Other than we enjoyed the stay.

The room was amazing and spacious. We were in town to see blues rock artist Anthony Gomes and needed alot of room to get ready/ dress/ do hair & makeup which we definitely had. After a night of rocking out, we came back to our room and lounged until we fell asleep in tbe most comfortable hotel beds in the world. The room was phenomenal overall, and the hotel staff was excellent! We asked for extra blankets and had them within 5 minutes!

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We would definitely recommend booking a room here!

I was on a road trip with my family, and by far this was the best hotel out of over a dozen we stayed along the way! Great breakfast with plenty bacon and omelete (not the usual watery scrambled eggs), clean room, polite staff, and actual water pressure!!!

Nothing, this was the highlight of our roadtrip as far as hotel goes!

It was okay for our needs. I will admit I chose the Holiday Inn Express because of the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff were very nice and the room met our needs for the 1 night we stayed.

The hot tub was disgusting and only 2 of the jets work. We heard loud footsteps ALL night and the climate control in our room was obnoxiously loud. The bathroom floor had something stuck to it the our feet kept getting sticky from. I will not be returning.

The place was clean. Quiet room was decent sized. The staff was very polite Gabby and her cousin were awesome. The cousin sorry can't remember her name was so good with my granddaughters as the peppered her with questions....

The bathroom was roomy. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were already installed in the shower, which was a pleasant surprise, plus it was brand name.

The PTAC unit kept clicking on and off throughout the night on its own. It woke us up multiple times.

The breakfast was great. The room was very nice also

The lighting is not nearly bright enough, or ample enough, especially the bathroom. To be fair, most hotels are like this now it seems.

The front desk staff was so great and warm and helpful

The beds were comfortable the room was a good size. (Loved the lounge chair) Cleaning staff only made the bed once during the 4 day stay. Would have liked the amenities to have been replenished (soap, shampoo, body lotio)

Large room with adjustable air condition WITH A CONSTANT FAN option. The extra noise really helps. Also love the free breakfast and extremely fast check-in.

The toilet handle stuck every time it was flushed. Also someone needs to come up with a new latching system on the room doors so they don’t slam and latch so loudly.
